简介:Redbloodcells(RBC)’flickeringpresentthedynamicpropertiesofthecytomembrane.Itscomplexitycouldbeusedforaginganalysisortheevaluationforthestoragequality.Theflickeringactivityisakindofreversibleperpendicularmotionofthespecifiedpixel.Therefore,thecomplexityanalysisdependsonthereliabledetectionoftemporalvariationforthegray-scalevaluesfromeachpixelofthecells.Inthispaper,weimprovedourpreviousworkonthescreeningofthehorizontaldriftedcellswithasurfacebasedoncellregistrationmethodandtheeffectofGSMexposuretothedynamicpropertiesoftheRBCsintermsofmulti-scalesampleentropywaspresentedinthepaper.

简介:Inthispaper,thehydrodynamiccharacteristicsofwaterflowinChaohuLakearestudiedbyusingthefinitevolumecoastaloceanmodel(FVCOM),whichisverifiedbytheobserveddata.Thetypicalflowfieldandthe3-Dflowstructureareobtainedforthelake.Theflowfieldsunderextremeconditionsareanalyzedtoprovideaprospectiveknowledgeofthewaterexchangeandthetransportprocess.Theinfluenceofthewindontheflowisdeterminedbythecrossspectrummethod.Theresultsshowthatthewind-drivenflowdominatesmostareaofthelake.Underprevailingwindsinsummerandwinter,thewaterflowstowardsthedownwindsideattheupperlayerwhiletowardstheupwindsideatthelowerlayerinmostareaexceptthataroundtheChaohuSluice.Theextremewindspeedisnotfavorableforthewaterexchangewhilethesluice’sreleasingwateracceleratestheprocess.Thewatervelocityinthelakeiscloselyrelatedwiththewindspeed.
简介:Multiphaseflowcontrolwithelectromagneticbraking(EMBr)iswidelyusedinthecontinuouscastingofsteelslabs.Thebasicaimoftheflowcontrolsystemoftheprocessistodelivermoltensteelfromtheladlethroughthetundish,uppertundishnozzle,slidegate,andsubmergedentrynozzleintothemoldregionwithminimaldefects.Thisrequirestheoptimizationofturbulencelevelsatameniscustoavoidbothanexcessivelyfastflow(whichcreateshighfluctuationsofthemeniscuslevelinadditiontoslagentrapment,surfacenonuniformities,andsurfacedefects)andinsufficientslowflow(whichleadstomeniscussolidification,inadequatefluxinfiltration,andsurfacedefects).Inthisstudy,aEulerian-LagrangianapproachisusedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofEMBrandArbubbleinjectiononthesurfaceflowvelocity.TheresultsshowthathighArinjectionratescanleadtoanincreaseinsurfacevelocity.
