Cell Registration and Flickering Detection for the Complexity Analysis of Red Blood Cell Dynamics with GSM Exposure-中国期刊网

摘要 Redbloodcells(RBC)’flickeringpresentthedynamicpropertiesofthecytomembrane.Itscomplexitycouldbeusedforaginganalysisortheevaluationforthestoragequality.Theflickeringactivityisakindofreversibleperpendicularmotionofthespecifiedpixel.Therefore,thecomplexityanalysisdependsonthereliabledetectionoftemporalvariationforthegray-scalevaluesfromeachpixelofthecells.Inthispaper,weimprovedourpreviousworkonthescreeningofthehorizontaldriftedcellswithasurfacebasedoncellregistrationmethodandtheeffectofGSMexposuretothedynamicpropertiesoftheRBCsintermsofmulti-scalesampleentropywaspresentedinthepaper.
