简介:摘要院起源于日本的“5s”管理,是指在对生产现场的生产要素,如人员、机器、材料和方法等进行的有效管理,这是日本企业独特的一种管理办法。由于应用此方法能够有效推动企业的良好发展,因此,现在已广泛应用于我国的各类型企业中,但是以职业技能教育为主的高职学院各类实训中心却少有应用,本文将介绍“5S”管理的作用及如何应用于实训中心教学管理中。

简介:近年来,挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的污染是继PM2.5、SO2、NOx和氟利昂后成为世界各国关注的又一焦点.现在国内外监测VOC的方法普遍固定,都是将VOC采样罐放在环保局、学校、各地环境监测站,进行常年定时监测,采样罐每次使用完毕需要及时进行彻底清洗,所以设计VOC清洗系统是有必要的.文章设计的VOC采样罐清洗系统是基于STC12C5A60S2单片机的,控制器以工业液晶显示屏方式显示温度值、压力值、清洗状态、清洗时间、清洗次数,有加热器、温度传感器、压力传感器对温度、压力进行实时采样,用户可通过按键自行设定系统参数.通过搭建实验平台,液晶显示屏实时显示各项参数,表明采样罐清洗系统是稳定可靠的.
简介:Thispaperpresentsareal-timemechanismtotoleratefaultsoccurringinawindturbine(WT)system.ThissystemiscomposedofaFASTcodedsimulatordesignedbytheU.S.NationalRenewableEnergyLaboratory.Thedemonstratedmechanismliesunderthetaxonomyofactivefault-tolerantcontrol(FTC)systems,namelyonlineredesignbasedapproach.Intheproposedapproach,wedonotuseanyaprioriinformationaboutthemodeloftheturbineinreal-time.Infact,weuseonlinemeasurementsgeneratedbytheWT.Basedonthegivencontrolspecifications,andtheobservedmeasurementanoccurredfaultisaccommodatedbyreconfiguringtheonlinecontrollersuchthattheWTgeneratesratedpowerevenunderfaultyconditions.Second,noexplicitfaultdiagnosis(FD)moduleisusedinthisapproach.Asaresult,issuesofmodeluncertainty,falsealarms,etc.associatedwithanintegratedFDandcontrollerreconfigurationapproachtoFTCsystemsarenotexperiencedhere.
