简介:Thefluorescentspectrumandtheexcitationspectrumwereusedtopresenttheclustermolecularstructurefeatureinethanol-watersolutions.Throughanalyzingthefluorescentcharacteristicsofanexcimer,itisproposedthattheexcimersareformedbetweentheethanol-waterclustermoleculesintheexcitedstateandinthegroundstate.Thefluorescentlifetimeandthefluorescentintensitydecayprocessgiveinformationaboutthephoto-physicalandphoto-chemicalprocessesoftheformationandthedissociationofanexcimer.Thetheoreticalcalculationandphysicalanalysiscoincidewiththeexperimentalresults.Thepreliminaryconclusionaboutthestructurefeatureofethanol-waterclustermoleculeisthatithasaplanaronelikeasandwich.
简介:Wereportthedirectfabricationofamicrofluidicchipcomposedoftwohigh-aspectratiomicrofluidicchannelswithlengthsof3.5cmand8mminaglasssubstratebyfemtosecondlasermicromachining.Thefabricationmainlyconsistsoftwosteps:1)writingmicrochannelsandmicrochambersinaporousglassbyscanningatightlyfocusedlaserbeam;2)high-temperatureannealingoftheglasssampletocollapseallthenanoporesintheglass.Migrationofderivatizedaminoacidsisobservedinthemicrofluidicchannelbyapplyingelectricvoltageacrossthelong-migrationmicrochannel.
