  • 简介:Improvingefficiencyinrollgrindingprocessisacriticalissueinthesteelmill.Eachrollhastobegrindedtoawell-definedprofileandthentobemeasuredforqualitycheck.However,thesurfaceconditionsareinspectedbyusingdifferenton-lineinspectionprobesequippedonthegrinder.Therollnumberisauniqueinformationwhichcanbeusedtomergewithahugeamountofmeasurementdatasothattheconditionofeachrollisfullymonitored.Oneofthekeyfactorsthathindertheefficiencyinsuchprocessistheerrorsandtimeconsumptionduetohumanintervention.Inordertomitigatetheseissuesandtorealizethefullyautomaticgrindingprocess,radiofrequencyidentificationtechnology(RFID)couldbeasolutionandhasbeendevelopedinthispaper.ItiswellknownthatwhenanRFIDtagisplaceddirectlyuponametallicobject,intheabsenceofagaporasubstrate,itfunctionsratherpoorlyandevenbecomestotallydysfunctional.Thislimitation,inturn,posesarealbarriertotheuseoftheRFIDonmetallicobjects.ThispaperproposesaminiatureRFIDtagantennadesignforapplicationonrollnumberidentification.TheexperimentaltestsshowthatthemaximumreadrangeoftheproposedRFIDtagplacedonarollisapproximately1.5mandtheoverallsizeisonly32×18×3.2mm~3.AnRFIDsystemforrollnumberidentificationwasusedinarollshopandseveralremarkableimprovementswereachieved,includingthecompletelyautomaticgrindingprocessandtheerror-freeidentification,aswellasthehighpersonnelsafetyoperation.

  • 简介:AccordingtothecharacteristicsofPQFcontinuousrollingpass,therelationshipbetweenspreadcoefficient,wallthicknesscoefficientandelongationareanalyzed.Thesectionshapeoftubeineachstandoutlet,theefficientworkingradiusandtherotationalspeedofeachrollareobtained,therefore,thepassparametricdesigniscompleted.Athermal-mechanicalcoupledmodelofcontinuousrollingtube’sformingprocessisestablishedbythethree-dimensionalelasto-plasticfiniteelementmethod,thesectionshapeandareaoftubeineachstandoutletareforecasted,whichisusedtomodifythepass.Therollingforceofeachrollerispredicttoo,whichprovidesaguidanceforpassdesign.Inaddition,avisualsoftwareofPQFpassparametricdesignsystemonheavycalibreseamlesstubeisgeneratedwithVisualBasic.Theformingdimensionoftubeandtherollingforceofeachrolleraresuccessfullyobtained,bysimulatingtheformingprocessofacertainseriesheavycalibreseamlesstube.Thissystempossespracticalutilizationvalue.Byusingthissystem,thedevelopmentcycleofnewproductcanbeshortened,thereliabilityofpassdesigncanbeimproved,andtheenergyconsumptionofrollingmillandproductioncostcanbedecreased.

  • 简介:BasedontheanalysisresultsofthedustsizedistributionoffluegasfromBaosteel'sshort-flow(BSSF)slagprocessingsystemandthemechanismofthewetscrubber,awetscrubbersystemwasdesignedandinstalledintheNo.1BSSFslagprocessingsystematBaosteel.Theresultsshowthatthedustremovalefficiencyoftheprevioussystemthathadconventionalwaternozzleswasonly69%withaliquid-gasratioof0.79L/m3,whilethedustremovalefficiencyreached94%whenthreesetsofhigh-efficiencydualphasespraygunswereinstalledinsideboththeflueandthechimney.Forthelattersystem,theliquid-gasratiowas0.84L/m3,andthedustconcentrationinthecleanedemissionsreducedtolessthan40mg/m3.

  • 简介:Thispaperintroducesworkingprincipleandtechnicalfeaturesofvacuumfilterinemulsionsystemfortandemcoldstripmill.Basedonspecificcases,thispaperanalysesandassessestheeffectbeforeandafterusingtheemulsionsystemwiththeusageofthevacuumfilterforstripmill.Comparewiththeeffectwhenusingthefirstgenerationvacuumfilter,theemulsionqualityisimprovedsignificantlybyusingthesecondgenerationvacuumfilter,whichatthesametimeensuressteadyoperationoftherollingmillandsurfacequalityofthemillproducts.Asaresult,investmentandrunningcostsarelowered,emissionsofthewasteemulsionarereduced,wastewatertreatmentcostsarereducedandsoastheenvironmentalpollution.Itcanbeseenthesecondgenerationvacuumfilterhasobviouseconomicandenvironmentalbenefits.Therefor,itsuggeststhatthefiltershouldbeusedwidelyinthefieldofautomotive,environmentalprotectionrollingsteelandnonferrousmetals.

  • 简介:南钢41800m~3高炉于2014年1月24日点火开炉,高炉投产后顺利达产达效,随着高炉冶炼强度的提高,2016年上半年,铁口区域冒煤气严重,铁口难以维护,同时大量的煤气外泄严重威胁炉前工的人身安全。2016年10月17日计划检修,采取铁口框架内整体浇注技术、铁口及风口区域压浆技术、加强炉外管理和炉内管理、提高炮泥质量等措施,治理效果显著,煤气火逐渐减小。
