摘要 BasedonthepracticeofBaosteel's60000m3/hairseparationunit(ASU),whichisthefirstdomestically-integratedunitofsuchascale,thispaperstudiestheprinciplesoftypeselectionofthedistributioncontrolsystem(DCS).Itdiscussesthedesignoftheunit'scontrolsystem,whichinvolvesacompressorsystem,apurificationsystem(molecularsieving),aturboexpansionsystemandanairseparationsystem.ThefinalpartofthepaperdiscussesthemaintenanceandfuturedevelopmentoftheASUcontrolsystematBaosteel.
