Inthepresentpaper,theeffectofBK-91AComputer-aidedAnesthesiaandTreatmentAppara-tusfor61casesofcraniotomywasobserved.AllthepatientswereintracranialtumorsorhemotornaandrandomlypidedintogroupA(31cases)andB(30cases).Thebasicstateofdisease,theap-pliedmedicinesbeforeandafteroperationsandtheacupointselectionrnethodinthetwogroupswerethesamebasically.lngroupABK-91Awasusedandalltheplateelectrodeswerestickedtotheacu-pointsandanenduablestimulationstrengthwasgiven.IngroupB,WQ-10TypeMulti-purposeElectronicAcupointDetectorwasusedtostimulateacupointswithfrequencyof120-150cycles/min.andanenduablestrength.Criteriaforgradingwereaccordingtotheunitednationalstandards:gradeI/A(excellent),gradeI/B(good)andgradeⅡ(failed,referredtothattheusedanestheticsorsedativessurpassedthefixeddosages).
