简介:TheHY-1AsatelliteisthefirstoceanicsatelliteofChina.Duringthewinterof2002~2003,thedataoftheHY-1AwereappliedtotheseaicemonitoringandforecastingfortheBohaiSeaofChinaforthefirsttime.TheseaiceretrievalsystemoftheHY-1Ahasbeenconstructed.Itreceives1Bdatafromthesatellite,outputsseaiceimagesandprovidesdigitalproductsoficeconcentration,icethicknessandiceedge,whichcanbeusedasimportantinformationforseaicemonitoringandtheinitialfieldsofthenumericseaiceforecastandasoneofthereferencedatafortheseaiceforecastingverification.Theseaiceretrievalsystemofthesatelliteisdescribed,includingitsprocesses,methodsandparameters.TheretrievingresultsandtheirapplicationtotheseaicemonitoringandforecastingfortheBohaiSeaarealsodiscussed.

简介:测定了相手蟹属(Sesarma)红螯相手蟹(S.haematocheir)和褶痕相手蟹(S.plicata)线粒体16SrRNA基因部分片段的序列,二者的序列长度相同,均为533bp,且A、T、G、C的含量相似,分别为198bp(37.1%),206bp(38.6%),84bp(15.8%),45bp(8.4%)和200bp(37.5%),205bp(38.5%),81bp(15.2%),47bp(8.8%);二者的序列有49处差异,其中21个位点为转换、22个位点为颠换和6个缺失/插入位点。进一步对20种相手蟹属蟹类的长度为361bp的16SrRNA基因同源序列进行分析,发现AT的含量为78.6%~82.9%,明显高于GC的含量,且存有91个变异位点。从NJ树和遗传距离来看,在分布于中国的3种相手蟹中,无齿相手型(S.dehaani)和红螯相手蟹的亲缘关系最近(d=0.0151),而它们与褶痕相手蟹的亲缘关系则较远(d=0.0924/0.09231。分布于中国的相手蟹和分布于北美的相手蟹之间存在着较大的遗传距离(差异),表明它们之间有着较远的亲缘关系,互为单系起源。

简介:雨效果和缺乏在situ确认,数据是热带气旋风检索错误的二个主要原因。国家海洋、大气的政府气候预言中心Morphing技术(CMORPH)雨率被介绍给配对数据集然后放进一个雨修正模型在Jason-1上移开雨效果规范的雷达十字节(NRCS);飓风研究部门(HRD)风速度,集成所有可得到的表面天气观察,被用来在situ数据代替与Jason-1NRCS建立这种关系。然后,在热带气旋条件下面的一个改进Jason-1风检索算法被建议。从2003~2010的七热带气旋被学习验证新算法。试验性的结果显示在C乐队和Ku乐队的这个算法的标准差分别地是1.99和2.75m/s,它比存在算法好。另外,C乐队算法比在热带气旋条件下面的Ku乐队对海表面风检索更合适。
简介:Amutant(GQQ-M6)ofaSponge-Derivedstreptomycessp.GQQ-10obtainedbyUV-inducedmutationwasusedforproducingprodiginines(PGs).Singlefactorexperimentsandorthogonalarraydesign(OAD)methodswereemployedformediumoptimization.Inthesinglefactormethod,theeffectsofsolublestarch,glucose,soybeanflour,yeastextractandsodiumacetateonPGsproductionwereinvestigatedindividually.InthesubsequentOADexperiments,theconcentrationsofthese5keynutritionalcomponentscombinedwithsalinitywerefurtheradjusted.ThemutantstrainGQQ-M6gavea2.2-foldhigherPGsproductionthanthatoftheparentstrain;OADexperimentsofferedaPGsyieldof61mgL-1,whichwas10timeshigherthanthatoftheinitialGQQ-10strainundertheoriginalcultivationmode.
简介:Satelliteremotesensingofinlandwaterbodyrequiresahighspatialresolutionandamultibandnarrowspectralresolution,whichmakesthefusionbetweenpanchromatic(PAN)andmulti-spectral(MS)imagesparticularlyimportant.TakingtheDaquekousectionoftheQiantangRiverasanobservationtarget,fourconventionalfusionmethodswidelyacceptedinsatelliteimageprocessing,includingpansharpening(PS),principalcomponentanalysis(PCA),Gram-Schmidt(GS),andwaveletfusion(WF),areutilizedtofuseMSandPANimagesofGF-1.TheresultsofsubjectiveandobjectiveevaluationmethodsapplicationindicatethatGSperformsthebest,followedbythePCA,theWFandthePSintheorderofdescending.Theexistenceofalargeareaofthewaterbodyisadominantfactorimpactingthefusionperformance.Meanwhile,theabilityofretainingspatialandspectralinformationsisanimportantfactoraffectingthefusionperformanceofdifferentfusionmethods.ThefundamentaldifferenceofreflectivityinformationacquisitionbetweenwaterandlandisthereasonforthefailureofconventionalfusionmethodsforlandobservationsuchasthePStobeusedinthepresenceofthelargewaterbody.Itissuggestedthattheadoptionoftheconventionalfusionmethodsintheobservingwaterbodyasthemaintargetshouldbetakenwithcaution.Theperformancesofthefusionmethodsneedre-assessmentwhenthelarge-scalewaterbodyispresentintheremotesensingimageorwhentheresearchaimsforthewaterbodyobservation.
简介:SixactivecompoundsareisolatedfromthemarinebryozoanBugulaneritina,inhabitingtheNanwanBayintheSouthChinaSea,usingthebioassay-guidedmethodwithacombinationofextractionandpartitionationwithsuitablesolventsaswellasmultiplecolumnchromatographies(SephadexLH-20,ODSandpreparativeHPLC).Theirstructuresareidentifiedasknownbryostatins-bryostatins4,5,6,10,11and18throughintensiveanalysisofthedataofhighresolution2DNMR(600MHz,DQF-COSY,TOCSY,HMQCandROESY)andESI-MS.Amongthem,bryostatins10,11and18areforthefirsttimeobtainedfromthisbryozoanintheSouthChinaSeaandtheyshowsignificantantineoplasticactivitiesinvitro.
简介:β-N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶与南美白对虾的食物消化吸收、蜕壳生长有着密切关系.海水里存在的有机污染物将影响酶生理功能,从而进一步影响虾的正常蜕壳,严重将导致对虾的死亡.甲醛是常用的有机溶剂,故本文应用动力学方法研究了南美白对虾β-N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖营酶在甲醛溶液中以pNP-NAG为底物时酶活力的变化规律.表明酶在甲醛浓度低于2.0mol·L-1,酶的失活过程是可逆的,测得甲醛对酶抑制的IC50为1.05mol·L^-1.用双倒数作图法测定甲醛对酶的抑制类型,结果显示甲醛是酶的竞争性抑制剂,甲醛只能与游离酶(E)结合,底物对酶的失活具有保护作用.用底物反应动力学方法观测在不同底物浓度下酶在0.0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0mol·L^-1的醋酸酐溶液中的失活过程,分别测定了酶的微观失活速度常数k+0及复活速度常数k-0并加以比较,结果表明甲醛对酶的影响是缓慢结合同时导致失活的过程,比较微观失活速度常数k+0及复活速度常数k-0,结果暗示在高浓度的甲醛溶液中,酶将完全失活.
简介:Inthisstudy,threecDNAsequencescorrespondingtocytochromeP450C17(CYP17I),3β-hydroxysteroiddehydrogenase(3β-HSD)andandrogenreceptor(AR)wereisolatedfromspottedseabass(Lateolabraxmaculatus).ThemRNAabundancesofCYP17Iand3β-HSDincreasedfromstageⅡtostageⅤwithasignificantincreaseatstageⅤ,andthehighestabundanceofARmRNAwasdetectedatstageⅢintesticulardevelopmentcycle.CYP17I,3β-HSDandARtranscriptswereobviouslyabundantinsteroidogenesistissuessuchastestis,brain,headkidneyamongothers.StrongandpositivesignalswereobservedmainlyininterstitialcellregionsofL.maculatustestisasweremeasuredwithinsituhybridizationmethod.SignificantincreasesofCYP17Iand3β-HSDtranscriptsweredetectedafter12–48hhCG(humanchorionicgonadotropin)andGnRHa(gonadotropin-releasinghormoneanalogue)treatments.However,anoppositerelationshipwasfoundforARintestisatthesametime.Inaddition,decreasingtrendsofCYP17Iand3β-HSDmRNAwereobservedintestisofL.maculatusinfreshwatergroup(FW)fromday2today6,andmRNAabundanceofARincreasedinbrackishwater(BW)groupfromday4today8.Thesefindingsrevealedthatthesethreesteroidsynthesisgenesareimportfortesticulardevelopment,hormoneandsalinitytreatment,andprovidedalsoaninsightintothemechanismofreproductiveendocrineofL.maculatus.
