简介:大学生方程式汽车大赛是一项激烈的赛车运动,对赛车的制动性提出了较高的要求,对此设计了一款不同于乘用车的踏板总成,利用可电动调节的丝杠滑轨进行踏板总成位置的前后调节,采用matlab软件对不同赛车——路面情况下的前后制动力分配进行计算,得到适合从湿滑到干燥范围的地面情况下的对应最佳制动力分配比,在前置主缸和平衡杆的配合下实现制动力可在较大范围内进行调节,提高了赛车适应路面的能力。
