简介:Anelectro-optictunablerectangulararrayilluminatorinone-dimensionalperiodicallypoledLiNbO3(PPLN)crystalispresentedexperimentallywhichresultisingoodagreementwithresultsfromsimulation.TheilluminatorisformedbasedontheTalbotself-imagingeffectbyapplyinganelectricfieldonPPLN.Theintensitydistributionofrectangulararraycouldbepreciselymodulated.Comparedwithotherarrayilluminators,thistunableilluminatorusesalowervoltageandcouldgetamoreconcentratedintensitydistribution.Theinfluenceoftheincidentangletotheself-imagingpatternsisstudiedforthefirsttime.
