  • 简介:ThesolutionfortheDuffingequationinanonlinearvibrationproblemisstudiedinthispaper.Clearly,inthecaseoftheperturbparameterbeingalargervalue,thetraditionalperturbationmethodisnolongervalidbuttheHomotopyPerturbationMethod(HPM)isapplicableusually.HPMisusedtosolvetheweakandstrongnonlineardifferentialequationsforfindingtheperturbedfrequencyoftheresponse.TheobtainedfrequenciesviaHPMandtheapproximatemethodhavegoodaccordanceforweakandstrongnonlineardifferentialequations.Additionally,thecalculatedresponsesbyuseoftheapproximatemethodarecomparedwiththeresponsesobtainedfromtheNumericalmethodinthetimehistoryoftheresponseandphaseplane.Theresultsrepresent~oodaccordancebetweenthem.

  • 简介:Thecentralpostisoneofthecriticalcomponentsforthelowaspectratiotokamak,whichenduresnotonlyatremendousohmicheatingbecauseitcarriesaratherhighcurrent,butalsoalargeneutronheatingandirradiationowingtotheplasmaoperation.TheDScopperalloyGlidcopAL-25[8]waschosenastheconductormaterialforitsadequatemechanicalpropertiesandphysicsproperties.Thecentralposthasacylindricalstructurewithlotsofcoolingchannels.Thelengthofthecentralpostforthenextgenerationofnuclearfusionsphericaltokamakswillbemorethan10mor20m.Thestructuralstabilityisverycrucial.Whentheappliedloadislargerthanthestructurecriticalbucklingload,thedevicewillloseitsstabilityandcollapse.Inordertocal'culatethecriticalbucklingload,a1/6-segmentfiniteelementmodelwasusedandtheforceactingonthecentralpostwassimulated.Theresultsshowedthattheverticalcompressivestressesmainlyaffectthestabilityofthecentralpost.Thelinearbucklinganalysisresultswithfiniteelementmethodbasedonsmalldeformationtheoryweregiveninthispaper.Therelationcurvesandfunctionsforbucklingfactor,dependingonthedifferentlengthsandtheradiusofthecentralpost,thediameterofcoolingchannelandthemaximumallowablecurrentdensity,werealsoshown.

  • 简介:Purpose:Thisstudywasdesignedtocharacterizeandcomparethevertical(kvert)andleg(kleg)stiffnessmeasuredduringrunningintwodifferentfootwearconditionsonnegative,level,andpositiveslopes,usingkinematicdataonly.Methods:Fourteenmalerecreationalrunners(age23.44.4years,height177.55.2cm,andbodymass69.55.3kg)weretestedon2separatedayswithin1week.Ateachsession,subjectsranseven5-mintrialsonatreadmillat10km/h,interspersedwith5minofsittingpassiverecovery.Eachtrialwasperformedonadifferentslopegradient,rangingfrom8%(downhill)tot8%(uphill),assignedinarandomorder.Furthermore,eachsubjectranone5-mintrialwearingminimalshoes(MS)andthesubsequenttrialwearingtraditionalshoes(TS)inacounterbalancedrandomizedorderensuringthateachslopewasranonceinMSandonceinTS.Kinematicdatawerecollectedusingaphotocellmeasuringsystemandhigh-speedvideocamera,withkvertandklegstiffnessbeingcalculatedfromthesedata.Results:Legcompression,contacttimes,andverticaldisplacementofthecenterofmassduringrunningweresignificantlysmallerinMScomparedtoTSacrossallslopes.Inthetwofootwearconditions,stepfrequencysignificantlyincreasedwitha(positive)increaseinslope.KinematicanalysesindicatedthatklegwasgreaterwhenrunninginMSthanTSandthisbetween-footweardifferenceremainedsimilaracrossslopes.Onthecontrary,kvertdidnotchangeonthebasisoffootwear,butincreasedwithpositiveincreasesinslope.Conclusion:Thisstudyshowedthatkvertandklegduringrunningresponddifferentlytochangeinfootwearand/orslope.Thesetwostiffnessmeasurescanhenceprovideauniqueinsightonthebiomechanicaladaptationsofrunningundervaryingconditionsandtheirrespectivequantificationmayassistinfurtheringourunderstandingoftraining,performance,and/orinjuryinthissport.

  • 简介:<正>Background:Stochasticresonancestimulation(SRS)transmitssubsensoryelectricalGaussianwhitenoiseintothebodytoenhancesensorimotorfunction.Thistherapyhasimprovedstaticsinglelegbalanceinsubjectswithfunctionalankleinstability.However,theeffectofthisstimulationondynamicsinglelegbalanceisnotknown.ImprovementsindynamicsinglelegbalancewithSRSmayhaveimplicationsForenhancingfunctionalrehabilitationforankleinstability.Thus,thepurposeofthisstudywastodeterminetheeffectsofSRSondynamicsinglelegbalanceinsubjectswithfunctionalankleinstability.Methods:Thisstudywasanexperimentalresearchdesignanddatawerecollectedinasportsmedicineresearchlaboratory.Twelvesubjectswithfunctionalankleinstability(69±15kg;173±10cm;21±2years)reportedahistoryofanklesprainsandinstabilityattheanklewithphysicalactivity.Asinglelegjump-landingtestwasusedtoassessdynamicbalance.Subjectswererequiredtojumpbetween50%and55%ofthemaximalverticaljumpheight,landonasinglelegatopaforceplate,andstabilizeasquicklyaspossible.Jump-landingtestswereperformedwithandwithoutSRS.Threetrialswereperformedforeachtreatmentcondition(SRSandcontrol).Arandomizedblockdesignwasusedtodeterminetestorder.Anterior/posteriorandmedial/lateraltime-to-stabilizationwerecomputedtoassessdynamicbalance.Lessertimeindicatedbetterstability.One-tailedpairedsamplesttestswereusedforanalysis(α≤0.05).Results:SRSimprovedanterior/posteriortime-to-stabilization(stochasticresonance=1.32±0.31s,control=1.74±0.80s,p=0.03),butdidnotenhancemedial/lateraltime-to-stabilization(stochasticresonance=1.95±0.40s,control=1.92±0.48s,p=0.07).Conclusion:CliniciansmightuseSRStofacilitatebalanceimprovementswithsagittalplanedynamicsinglelegbalanceexercisesthatpatientsmaynotbeabletoperformotherwise.
