简介：摘要目的评价VITEK2-compact微生物鉴定仪对产EsβLs菌株快速检测的可靠性。方法应用标准的纸片扩散方法对临床已分离出的大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌产ESβLs进行确证试验。同时，应用VITEK2-compact微生物鉴定仪进行检测，将两种方法在时间和检出率上的差异进行比较。结果同时检测的两种方法，42株肺炎克雷伯菌ESβLs检测符合率达93.5％，66株大肠埃希菌ESβLs检测符合率达96.3％。标准纸片扩散法平均检测时间为18h，而VITEK2-compact微生物鉴定仪的平均检测时间为6.5h。结论VITEK2-compact微生物鉴定仪不仅能快速准确检测产ESβLs的肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌，而且结果可靠。

简介：摘要目的为了解毒蕈中毒患者血浆凝血、抗凝及纤溶系统各项指标的动态变化以及与正常对照的差异，观察弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）的发生发展。方法采用ACL-3000plus自动化凝血仪，发色底物法及免疫学等方法，对14例毒蕈中毒患者总共34份血浆标本测定凝血、抗凝、及纤溶的各项指标，再根据其标本采取日期进行处理，采用统计t-检验计算各项指标均值与正常对照的差异显著性，观察指标的动态变化。结果毒蕈中毒引起的出凝血指标改变，表现为PLT显著降低，PT延长，INR>1.6，TT延长，D-二聚体升高，同时抗凝活性减低，纤溶活性增强，表现为AT-ⅢC下降，α2-PI活性下降，t-PA活性增高，Pig活性增高，各项指标随病情变化和临床治疗出现动态变化。
