  • 简介:AresearchonkineticsofAlevaporationfromliquidU—Alalloyswasmadeinavacuuminductionmelting(VIM)furnaceat1673—1843K.TheevaporationrateofAlwasfoundtobefirstorderwithrespecttoAlcontentinthemelt.TheoverallmasstransfercoefficientofAlwasdeterminedanditwasfoundthattheevaporationrateofAlincreasedwithincreasingtemperatures.TheapparentactivationenergyofAlevaporationat1673-1843Kwas171.5kJmol-1.ThevalueofmasstransfercoefficientofAlintheliquidphasewasestimatedtobe3.77×10-6,7.41×10-6,and9.40×10-6ms-1at1673,1753,and1843K,respectively.Meanwhile,ratedeterminingstepswerediscussedanditwasconcludedthattheevaporationrateofAlismainlycontrolledbyliquidphasemasstransfer.

  • 简介:利用反射式光谱发射率测量装置在300K至873K之间对两种铝合金Al5052和Al6061的光谱发射率进行了测量,利用最小二乘法对测量数据进行了线性拟合。研究结果表明:在300K至873K之间,Al5052和Al6061的光谱发射率均随温度升高呈线性关系增大;在不同温度点,加热时间对光谱发射率的影响不相同,虽然Al5052与Al6061的组分非常相近,但是两者的光谱发射率却有着较大的差异,特别是在高温段,两者的差异尤其显著。本研究将进一步丰富铝合金的光谱发射率数据,同时为工业上利用辐射测温技术准确测量铝合金表面温度提供了实验依据。

  • 简介:为了提高方镁石-尖晶石砖性能,以电熔镁砂、镁铝尖晶石、金属铝粉和板状刚玉为原料来制备方镁石-尖晶石材料。研究了金属铝粉和板状刚玉添加量对材料体积密度、显气孔率、高温抗折强度、抗热震性的影响。结果表明:随着金属铝粉加入量的增多,材料烧结性能得到提高,加入金属铝粉时材料的高温抗折强度变大,加入金属铝粉1.5%时抗热震性最好;加入板状刚玉2%时烧结性能和抗热震性最好,加入4%板状刚玉时材料的高温抗折强度最大。

  • 简介:Inthepresentstudy,sampleswereextensivelycollectedthroughoutthestainlesssteelmanufacturingprocess.Thethree-dimensionalmorphologyofinclusionswasrevealedbynon-aqueoussolutionelectrolysis.Thehighconcentrationofaluminuminferrosiliconcausedtheincrementof[Al]sinsteelandAl2O3ininclusions,whichledtothehighermeltingtemperatureofinclusions.ItwasconcludedthattheapplicationoflowAlferrosiliconandcalciumtreatmentcouldpreventtheformationofAl2O3-richinclusions.

  • 简介:在元素粉末反应制备多孔材料中,原料粉末粒度是影响其多孔结构的主要因素之一。本文通过元素粉末反应合成的方法制备Cu-Al多孔材料,研究原料粉末的粒径对Cu-Al多孔材料孔径、孔隙度、透气度和体积膨胀率等参数的影响。结果表明:Al粉粒径是影响Cu-Al多孔材料最大孔径的主要因素,材料的最大孔径dm与Al粉粒径dp之间严格遵循dm=0.48dp的线性变化规律;Cu粉粒径则对Cu-Al多孔材料最大孔径影响较小。当粉末粒径在48.5μm以上时,粉末粒径的改变对Cu-Al多孔材料的开孔隙度和总孔隙度影响不大。在实验研究范围内,Cu-Al多孔材料的体积膨胀率随粉末粒径的增大而增大;当粉末粒径很小时,Cu-Al多孔材料存在体积收缩的趋势。

  • 简介:基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理,结合广义梯度近似,对Mg、Al不同浓度掺杂的ZnO进行能带结构、电子态密度以及光学性质的研究,结果表明,由于Mg原子电子分布和Zn原子的差异,Zn-4s向高能端偏移,而价带基本保持不变,使得禁带宽度增大。由于Al的价电子比Zn多一个,掺杂Al使ZnO成为n型掺杂半导体,导致Zn0的导电性增大。从对二者的光学性质的分析可以看出,掺杂Mg后并没使ZnO的吸收谱的吸收边发生明显的移动,而掺杂Al使ZnO的吸收边向短波方向移动,发生了蓝移现象。

  • 简介:PureAl2O3-2SiO2powderswerepreparedbysol-gelandcoprecipitationmethods,andtheiralkaliactivationreactivitieswerecompared.Thealkali-activationreactivityofthepowderpreparedbythesol-gelmethodwashigherthanthatofthepowderpreparedbythecoprecipitationmethod.Thepowderswereinvestigatedby27AIand29Simagic-anglespinningnuclearmagneticresonancespectroscopy(MASNMR)tounderstandtherelationshipbetweentheirstructureandalkali-activationreactivity.The27AlMASNMRdatashowedthatthefive-coordinateAIcontentofthepowderpreparedbythesol-gelmethodwashigherthanthatofthepowderpreparedbycoprecipitation.Thehighercontentoffive-coordinateAlcorrespondedtohigheralkali-activationreactivity.The29SiMASNMRdatashowedthatforthepowderpreparedbythesol-gelmethod,siliconwasreplacedbyaluminumatsecondarycoordinationsitesofthecentralSiatomsduringcalcination.However,forthepowderpreparedbysingle-batchcoprecipitation,themainchangewasfromalowdegreeofpolycondensationtoahighdegreeofpolycondensation.

  • 简介:Thecorrosionofrefractoriesresultsfromreactivetransport,namely,transportofagentsandchemicalreactionsoftheseagentswithimpregnatedmedium.Ononehand,thetransportinvolveseitherdiffusionorimpregnationdependingonthestateofthecorrosiveagentsandthemicrostructureofthehostmedia.Ontheotherhand,chemicalreactionsmaybeverynumerousandcomplex.ThisstudyfocusedonthereactiveimpregnationofAl2O3-CaOslagintoporoushighaluminarefractory.Thetransportpropertiesoftherefractorymaterialwereidentifiedbymeansofadedicatedcapillaryrisingtest.ChemicalreactionsbetweenthesolidhighaluminaskeletonandAl2O3-CaOslaginvolvesuccessivedissolution/precipitationmechanismsformingaluminatesoflime.Contrarytothethermodynamicpropertiesofthebinarysystem,thekineticsofthesesolid/liquidreactionsisnotwellknown.Corrosiontestsassociatedwiththequenchingmethod,XRDanalyseswereperformedforabetterunderstandingofthekinetics.Theresultsofthisstudyopenupacouplingapproachforpredictingthecorrosionwearofrefractory.

  • 简介:Inthisarticle,nano-scaleAl/Fe2O3compositeswithdifferentmorphologiesweresuccessfullyobtainedbyasimpleelectrospinningtechnique,whichisbasedonasurfactant(polyvinylpyridine,PVP)inamixtureofN,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and2-propanol.TheelectrospunAl/Fe2O3compositesexhibitedacrystalstructureandphasecompositionbyX-raydiffractionanalysis.ThedifferentmorphologiesoftheAl/Fe2O3compositeswerealsoobservedthroughscanningelectronmicroscopyandtransmissionelectronmicroscopy.Itwasfoundthattherathersimpleelectrospinningmethodusedtopreparethemorphology-controlledAl/Fe2O3compositesmayhavethepotentialforpreparationofpropellants,explosives,andpyrotechnicsinthefuture.

  • 简介:ToimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofWC-Al2O3composites,theeffectsoftraceamountofCeO2additivesonthemicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesoftheWC-Al2O3compositespreparedbyhotpressingwereinvestigated.TheresultsrevealedthattheWC-Al2O3compositesdopedwith0.1%CeO2possessedrefinedmicrostructureandenhancedmechanicalpropertiescomparedwiththatoftheundopedWC-Al2O3composites.TraceCeO2suppressedthedecarburizationofWC,promotedthemicrostructuralrefinement,andimprovedtheinterfacecoherenceoftheWCmatrixandAl2O3.When0.1%CeO2wasaddedtotheWC-Al2O3composites,theeffectofCeO2resultedintheachievementofarelativedensityof98.82%withanexcellentVickershardnessof16.89GPa,combiningafracturetoughnessof9.85MPa·m1/2withanacceptableflexuralstrengthof1024.05MPa.

  • 简介:建立了碱熔水浸的方法溶解试样,ICP-AES法同时测定钛铁矿中硅和铝的方法,对分析过程中的一些条件进行了研究,该法用于测定钛铁矿中SiO2和Al2O3,得到了满意的结果,相对标准偏差为3.00%~5.04%,回收率在96.5%~103.8%之间。

  • 简介:Differentrareearth(RE)ionsdopantswereaddedintotheSrAl2SiO7:Eu2+phosphorsinordertoenhancethephosphorescenceproperties,andtheeffectoftheREionsincludingYb3+,Ce3+,Nd3+,Dy3+andTm3+,wascomparativelyinvestigated.ItwasfoundthatNd3+additionimprovedthephosphorescencepropertiesobviouslyamongallthestudiedREions.Therefore,Sr1.96–xAl2SiO7:xEu2+,yNd3+phosphorswerestudiedindetail,andtheoptimumEu2+andNd3+concentrationsweredeterminedwiththeafterglowtimeofabout20min.Thephasestructures,photoluminescence(PL)properties,long-lastingphosphorescence(LLP)properties,afterglowdecaycurvesandthermo-luminescence(TL)fortheselectedphosphorsduringthecorrespondingstudywereinvestigated.AllthephosphorsexhibitedgreenPLemissionandLLPemission.ThereweretwoTLbandslocatedatabout325and380Kforthestudiedsamples,andtherelationshipbetweenREadditionandphosphorescencepropertieswasdiscussed.

  • 简介:Thispaperreportsonthelongevityofglycerol-dry(CO2)reformingoverthelanthanum(La)promotedNi/Al2O3catalysts.TheXRDresultsshowedthattheNiparticlewaswell-dispersedinthepresenceofLapromoter.Inaddition,viatheNH3-TPDanalysis,itwasfoundthattheLapromoterhasreducedtheacidityofNicatalystwhichmayhaveexplainedthemitigationofcarbonlaydown.Itwasdeterminedthatthe3.0wt%La-promotedNi/Al2O3catalystpossessedthelargestBETspecificsurfaceareaof97m2g-1.Consequently,ityieldedthebestcatalyticlongevityperformancewithconversionattainedmorethan90%,evenafter72hofreactionduration.Significantly,itcanbeconfirmedthatthepresenceofCO2duringtheglyceroldryreformingwasessentialinreducingcarbondeposition,mostlikelyviagasificationpathway.Thishasensuredastabilityofcatalyticactivityforalongreactionperiod(72h).
