简介:摘要目的探讨氨氯地平(络活喜)在治疗高血压中的临床效果.方法在本院患者中选取140例轻中度高血压患者,随机分为氨氯地平组(观察组)和非洛地平组(对照组),每组70例,观察组给予口服氨氯地平(络活喜),对照组给予口服非洛地平,两组患者均按时服药,治疗4周后观察两组的降压效果.结果氨氯地平(络活喜)组的总有效率为80.56%,非洛地平的总有效率为65.31%(P<0.05),有统计学意义.在治疗前后,两组收缩压和舒张压均有明显下降,且观察组比对照组下降更明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论使用氨氯地平(络活喜)治疗高血压的临床疗效优于非洛地平.通过按时服药和及时观察血压控制情况调整药量,氨氯地平(络活喜)能够更有效的控制并稳定血压,提高治疗总有效率,值得临床推广运用.关键词氨氯地平;非洛地平;高血压;临床效果Abstractobjectivetostudytheamlodipine(complexlivingxi)clinicaleffectintreatmentofhighbloodpressure.Methods140patientswithmild-tomoderatehypertensioninourhospitalpatientstochoose,randomlydividedintotheamlodipinegroup(observationgroup)andfelodipinegroup(controlgroup),70casesineachgroup,observationgroupwasgivenorallyamlodipine(complexlivingxi),thecontrolgroupgivenoralfelodipine,twogroupsofpatientsweretakingmedicineontime,4weeksaftertreatmenttoobservetheantihypertensiveeffectofthetwogroups.Resultsamlodipine(collateralslivehappy)grouptotaleffectiveratewas80.56%,totaleffectiveratewas65.31%offelodipine(P<0.05),withstatisticalsignificance.Inbeforeandaftertreatment,twogroupsofsysGtolicanddiastolicbloodpressureweresignificantlydecreased,andtheobservationgroupthanthecontrolgroupdecreasedmoreobvious,P<0.05,withstatisticalsignificance.Conclusionusingamlodipine(collateralslivehappy)theclinicalcurativeeffectoftreatinghighbloodpressureisbetterthanthatoffelodipine.Bytakingmedicineontimeandobservationofbloodpressurecontrolintimeadjustdosage,amlodipine(complexlivingxi)canmoreeffectivelycontrolandstablebloodpressure,improvethetotaleffectiverate,worthyofclinicalpromotion.KeywordsAmlodipine,Felodipine.Highbloodpressure.Clinicaleffect中图分类号R544.1文献标识码B文章编号1001-5302(2015)09-0786-01
