简介:Thesingle-shotspiralmagneticresonanceimaging(MRI)techniquewasimplementedandoptimizedonaBrukerBiospec47/30scanner.Thetechniqueincludesthepulsesequenceforgenerationanddetectionofthek-spaceMRIsignal(freeinductiondecay(FID)),andPC-basedprogramsforthedatagridandimagereconstruction.Thetemporalresolutionis70ms(14imagespersecond),whichconsistsofadataacquisitiontimeasshortas13.7ms,aspin-echotimeof13.6msandamagnetizationrecoverytimeof43ms.Thismakesitpossibletotakereal-timeimagesofmovingobjects.Thetechniqueisdemonstratedusingapendulum(tube)filledwithwater.
