简介:【摘要】目的:分析亲水性软性角膜接触镜用于治疗大泡性角膜病变和丝状角膜炎的临床效果。方法:实验数据样本选取我院于 2018年 1月至 2019年 1月期间收治的 120例大泡性角膜病变和丝状角膜炎患者 ,并按照随机的原则等分成两组进行对比实验(实验组和对照组),实验组和对照组患者均为 60例。对照组选用传统的药物治疗方式,实验组则在对照组的药物治疗基础上佩戴 亲水性软性角膜接触镜进行治疗。在治疗1周后,对临床症状的缓解和角膜上皮创面的愈合状况进行两组间比较。结果:临床症状完全缓解比率方面实验组显著优于对照组,存在差异,具有统计意义学( P< 0.05);对比治疗 1周后的角膜上皮愈合情况,丝状角膜炎实验组状况好于对照组,存在差异,具有统计意义学( P< 0.05)。结论:选用亲水性软性角膜接触镜对大泡性角膜病变和丝状角膜炎进行治疗,能够及早缓解临床症状,减轻患者的苦楚,还能有效促进丝状角膜炎患者角膜上皮的恢复,值得在临床上推广运用。 Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of hydrophilic soft contact lens in the treatment of bullous keratopathy and filamentous keratitis. Methods: 120 patients with bullous keratopathy and filamentous keratitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (experimental group and control group). There were 60 patients in the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated with traditional drug therapy, while the experimental group was treated with hydrophilic soft corneal contact lens on the basis of drug treatment in the control group. After a week of treatment, the clinical symptoms remission and the healing of corneal epithelial wound were compared between the two groups. Results: the complete remission rate of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the corneal epithelial healing in the experimental group with filamentous keratitis was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of bullous keratopathy and filamentous keratitis with hydrophilic soft contact lens can relieve the clinical symptoms and relieve the suffering of the patients as soon as possible, and can also effectively promote the recovery of corneal epithelial cells in patients with filamentous keratitis. 简介:摘要环氧树脂由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),聚氧丙烯二醇(PPG2000)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)合成,环氧树脂(E44或E51)作为改性水性聚氨酯乳液的主要原料,过改变共聚反应,获得水溶性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。本文结合WPU的性质,研究了各种环氧树脂及其含量对获取水溶性聚氨酯乳液的影响,并测试了乳液的稳定性,性能,吸水能力和热性能等。结果表明,适量的环氧树脂获取的WPU乳液是稳定的,随着环氧树脂含量的增加,对水溶性聚氨酯乳液的耐受性增加,而乳液粒径和粘度也随之而增加,涂膜的拉伸强度增加,断裂伸长率下降,吸水率下降,与水的接触增加,并且涂膜的残余热分解增加,当E44的质量分数在6%和8%之间时,WPU乳液的稳定性最佳。
简介:摘要在当前我国社会经济不断快速发展的背景下,人们的日常生活质量和水平不断提升,环保意识也越来越强。在这种大环境背景下,传统类型的溶剂型涂料在实际应用过程中,很容易受到各种因素条件的限制影响。在科学技术不断进步和快速发展的形势下,越来越多的新型技术被广泛应用各个领域中,特别是水性涂料技术的合理利用,能够尽可能满足当前节能环保的基本要求。在针对水性涂料进行检测的时候,其根本目的是为了检测出这种类型的涂料实际应用过程中,是否具有毒性、对涂料自身的品质进行科学合理的判断和分析。我国涂料工业在发展过程中,其整个技术标准还是比较完备的。但是需要选择符合实际要求的标准,这样才能够保证水性涂料检测结果的准确性和有效性。
