简介:摘要:轨道交通用司机控制器是轨道交通运行控制核心设备之一,其性能好坏会直接影响轨道交通的运行安全,司机操纵司机控制器改变其内部速动开关组合关系,及电位器的输出电压完成不同牵引级位、制动级位指令的设定,从而控制牵引变流器、牵引电机实现轨道交通在不同工况下平稳安全运行。因此司机控制器的检修尤为重要,时速160 km轨道交通用司机控制器在D2修~D6修时按照维修计划,检修人员需对司机控制器各操作手柄位置与电位器的输出、辅助触头逻辑关系及闭合关系正确性进行维护检修,检修时按照司机控制器闭合表要求对控制手柄、换向手柄每一位置进行检测。目前司机控制器速动开关闭合状态、闭合逻辑,电位器输出检测主要依靠人工对单个触点通断进行测量,效率不高,测量精度低,甚至出现漏检的情况。王翼星等人提出基于LabVIEW和DSP的司机控制器测试系统,针对司机控制器的可靠性检测的寿命测试提供了高效的解决方案。本文以时速为160 km标准轨道交通用S318CC.003型司机控制为研究测试对象,结合现有检测方法、检测技术及不足,设计研制了以PLC为控制核心的司机控制器性能测试装置,以组态软件编制上位机测试软件,测试装置通过PLC控制伺服电机实现司机控制器手柄在不同档位的自动切换,并在不同档位检测司机控制器速动开关闭合状态及电位器输出电压,根据检测结果测试装置可自动判断待测司机控制器性能,并能直观显示故障信息,待测试结束后该测试装置可打印测试报表,为检修人员提供轨道交通维护检修提供检修依据。
