简介:Inthispaperanewmethodforpreventingweldinghotcracking—theinversestrainmethod(ISM)isdevelopedontheprincipleofweldingmechan-ics.EffectivenessandfeasiblityofmethodinpreventingweldinghotcrackingofhighstrengthaluminumalloyLY12CZbysynchronousrollingduringwelding(SRDW)alongbothsidesoftheweldatasuitabledistancebehindtheweldingarcareexamined.ExperimentalresulteindicatethatweldinghotcrackingofLY12CYcanbeeffectivelypreventedandthemechanicalpropertiesofweldedjointcanalsobeimprovedbythemethod.Itisanimportantnewsolutionforpreventinghotcrackinginweldingofsheetmetal.

简介:CdSthinfilmsweredepositedbytheionlayergasreaction(ILGAR)method.Structural,chemical,topographicaldevelopmentaswellasopticalandelectricalpropertiesofas-depositedandannealedthinfilmswereinvestigatedbyXRD,SEM,XPS,AFMandUV-VIS.Theresultsshowedthatthethinfilmsareuniform,compactandgoodinadhesiontothesubstrates,andthegrowthofthefilmsis2.8nm/cycle.Theevolutionofstructureundergoesfromthecubicstructuretothehexagonalonewithapreferredorientationalongthe(002)planeafterannealingat673K.AnamountofC,OandClimpuririescanbereducedbyincreasingthedryingtemperatureorbyannealinginN2atmosphere.ItwasfoundthatthebandgapoftheCdSfilmsshiftstohigherwavelengthafterannealingorincreasingfilmthickness.Theelectricalresistivitydecreaseswithincreasingannealingtemperatureandfilmthickness.
简介:Computervisionhascomeintousedinthefieldsofweldingprocesscontrolandautomation.Inordertoimproveprecisionandrapidityofweldingimageprocessing,anovelmethodbasedonfractaltheoryhasbeenputforwardinthispaper.Comparedwithtraditionalmethods,theimageispreliminarilyprocessedinthemacroscopicregionsthenthoroughlyanalyzedinthemicroscopicregionsinthenewmethod.Withwhich,animageisdivideduptosomeregionsaccordingtothedifferentfractalcharactersofimageedge,andthefuzzyregionsincludingimageedgesaredetectedout,thenimageedgesareidentifiedwithSobeloperatorandcurvedbyLSM(LeaseSquareMethod).Sincethedatatobeprocessedhavebeendecreasedandthenoiseofimagehasbeenreduced,ithasbeentestifiedthroughexperimentsthatedgesofweldseamorweldpoolcouldberecognizedcorrectlyandquickly.

简介:Obtainingtheimageofmoltenpoolaluminumalloy'stungsteninertgas(TIG)weldingbecomesachallengingproblemintheweldingfield.Inthispaper,abran-newopticalsensorbasedanalyzingthelightspectrumwasdesigned,andtheclearimageofthemoltenpoolduringthealuminumalloy'sweldingusingthecommonindustrialCCDcamerawasobtained.Andwiththenewalgorithmprovidedbymyself,thedesirablecharacteristicparametersofthemoltenpoolofaluminumalloy'sweldingwereobtained,anditprovidesagoodbaseforadvancedmonitorweldingquality.
