  • 简介:Inthispaper,weproposeafacerecognitionapproach-StructedSparseRepresentation-basedclassificationwhenthemeasurementofthetestsampleislessthanthenumbertrainingsamplesofeachsubject.Whenthisconditionisnotsatisfied,weexploitNearestSubspaceapproachtoclassifythetestsample.Inordertoadaptallthecases,wecombinethetwoapproachestoanadaptiveclassificationmethod-Adaptiveapproach.TheadaptiveapproachyieldsgreaterrecognitionaccuracythantheSRCapproachandCRC_RLSapproachwithlowsamplerateontheExtendYaleBdataset.Anditismoreefficientthanothertwoapproaches.

  • 简介:Compactlysupportedradialbasisfunctioncanenablethecoefficientmatrixofsolvingweighlinearsystemtohaveasparsebandedstructure,therebyreducingthecomplexityofthealgorithm.Firstly,basedonthecompactlysupportedradialbasisfunction,thepapermakesthecomplexquadraticfunction(Multiquadric,MQforshort)tobetransformedandproposesaclassofcompactlysupportedMQfunction.Secondly,thepaperdescribesamethodthatinterpolatesdiscretemotioncapturedatatosolvethemotionvectorsoftheinterpolationpointsandtheyareusedinfacialexpressionreconstruction.Finally,accordingtothischaracteristicoftheunevendistributionofthefacemarkers,themarkersarenumberedandgroupedinaccordancewiththedensitylevel,andthenbeinterpolatedinlinewitheachgroup.Theapproachnotonlyensurestheaccuracyofthedeformationoffacelocalareaandsmoothness,butalsoreducesthetimecomplexityofcomputing.
