  • 简介:In2014,theresearchersofTheoreticalPhysicsGroupatIMPhavecarriedouttheirresearchworkonnuclearphysics,heavyionphysicsandhadronphysics.Someimportantresultshavebeenobtained.Thethree-bodyforce(TBF)effectontheoff-shellbehavioroftheneutronandprotonmassoperatorsinasymmetricuclearmatterhasbeeninvestigatedwithintheframeworkoftheextendedBrueckner-Hartree-Fockapproach[1].Athighdensitieswellabovethenormalnuclearmatterdensity,theTBFisshowntoaffectsignificantlytheoff-shellehaviorofboththeprotonandneutronmassoperators.Thedensitydependenceofsymmetryenergyaroundtheuclearsaturationdensityhasbeenstudied[2].Anewapproachhasbeenproposedandappliedtodeterminetheymmetryenergycoefficientofheavynucleibasedontheavailableexperimentalnuclearmassesofheavynuclei.Theobtainedresultisadoptedtoanalyzethedensitydependenceofsymmetryenergyofnuclearmatteraroundtheaturationdensity.TheslopeparameteratthesaturationdensityisdeterminedtobeL=(50.515.5)MeV.

  • 简介:Hf的加速器质谱分析要求必须提供纯度极高的HfF4品,以便获得足够多的HfF5^-离子流来进行测量。氧同位素等杂质会导致产生HfF3O^-,HfFO2^-等无测量价值的离子流,造成HfF5^-束流强度降低,使测量能力下降。“干法”制备技术有助于获得纯度高、无氧和水等杂质的HfF4品,从而改善加速器质谱的测量效果。

  • 简介:Tostudytheelectromagnetic(EM)backscattercharacteristicsoffreakwavesatmoderateincidenceangles,weestablishanEMbackscatteringmodelforfreakwavesin(1+1)-dimensionaldeepwater.ThenonlinearinteractionbetweenfreakwavesandBraggshortwavesisconsideredtobethebasichydrodynamicspectramodulationmechanisminthemodel.NumericalresultssuggestthattheEMbackscatteringintensitiesoffreakwavesarelessthanthosefromthebackgroundseasurfaceatmoderateincidenceangles.Thenormalisedradarcrosssections(NRCSs)fromfreakwavesarehighlypolarisationdependent,evenatlowincidenceangles,whichisdifferentfromthesituationfornormalseawaves;moreover,theNRCSoffreakwavesismorepolarisationdependentthanthebackgroundseasurface.NRCSdiscrepanciesbetweenfreakwavesandthebackgroundseasurfacewithusinghorizontaltransmittinghorizomtal(HH)polarisationarelargerthanthoseusingverticaltransmittingvertical(VV)polarisation,atmoderateincidentangles.NRCSdiscrepanciesbetweenfreakwavesandbackgroundseasurfacedecreaseswiththeincreaseofincidenceangle,inbothHHandVVpolarisationradars.Asanapplication,inthesynthetic-apertureradar(SAR)imagingoffreakwaves,wesuggestthatfreakwavesshouldhaveextremelylowbackscatterNRCSsforthefreakwavefacetwiththestrongestslope.Comparedwiththebackgroundseasurface,thefreakwavesshouldbedarkerinHHpolarisationechoimagesthaninVVechoimages,inSARimages.FreakwavescanbemoreeasilydetectedfromthebackgroundseasurfaceinHHpolarisationimagesthaninVVpolarisationimages.Thepossibilityofdetectionoffreakwavesatlowincidenceanglesismuchhigherthanathighincidenceangles.

  • 简介:ThespectrumoftheΣ(1193)excitedstates,Σ,withisospinI=1andstrangenessS=??1isoneofthemostimportantissuesinhadronicphysics.TheΣresonancesaremostlyproducedandstudiedinK-inducedreactions.ManyΣresonancesarenowcatalogedbytheParticleDataGroup[1].However,ourknowledgeoftheseresonancesisstillverypoor.Intheenergyregionbelow2GeV,onlyafewofthemarewellestablished,suchastheΣ(1385)ofspin-parityJP=3=2+,Σ(1670)ofJp=3=2??andΣ(1775)ofJp=5=2??.Theothersarenotwellestablishedandsomeofthemareevenoflargeuncertaintiesontheirexistence.Thus,thestudyoftheΣresonancewiththeavailableexperimentaldataisnecessary.

  • 简介:WeinvestigatethesensitivityoftheangularrotationmeasurementwiththemethodofhomodynedetectioninSU(2)andSU(1,1)interferometersbyemployingorbitalangularmomentum(OAM).BycombiningacoherentbeamwithavacuumbeaminanSU(2)interferometer,wegetthesensitivityoftheangularrotationmeasurementas1/(2N1/2l).WecansurpassthelimitoftheangularrotationmeasurementinanSU(1,1)interferometerbycombiningacoherentbeamwithavacuumbeamorasqueezedvacuumbeamwhentheprobebeamhasOAM.Withoutinjection,thesensitivitycanreach1/(2N1/2l).Inaddition,byemployinganotherconstructionofanSU(1,1)interferometerwherethepumpbeamhasOAM,withthesameinjectionofanSU(1,1)interferometer,thesensitivityoftheangularrotationmeasurementcanbeimprovedbyafactorof2,reaching1/(4Nl).Theresultsconfirmthepotentialofthistechnologyforprecisionmeasurementsinangularrotationmeasurements.

  • 简介:WeuseamodifiedBecke-JohnsonexchangeplusalocaldensityapproximationcorrelationpotentialwithinthedensityfunctionaltheorytoinvestigatetheelectronicstructuresofHg1-xCdxTeandIn1-xGaxAswithxbeing0,0.25,0.5,0.75,and1.Forbothofthetwoseries,ourcalculatedenergygapsanddielectricfunctions(realpartε1andimaginarypartε2)areinagreementwiththecorrespondingexperimentalresultswithxbeingbetween0and1.Thecalculatedzero-frequencyrefractiveindexvariesgreatlywithxforHg1-xCdxTe,butchangeslittlewithxforIn1-xGaxAs,whichisconsistentwiththerealpartsoftheirdielectricfunctions.Therefore,thisnewapproachissatisfactorytodescribetheelectronicstructuresandtheopticalpropertiesofthesemiconductors.

  • 简介:WeinvestigateindetailtheeffectsofR-parityleptonnumberviolationonthedecay~↑b1→b~↑x1^0intheR-parityviolatingminimalsupersymmetricstandardmodel(Rp-MSSM)underthepresentexperimentalconstraintsonRpparameters.Inournumericalcalculationsweconsidertwocasesofinputparametersofthesquarkandsleptonsectors,MsquarkMslepton,forcomparison.TheresultsshowthattherelativeR-parityviolatingcorrectionisnotverysensitivetothemassofthelightestneutralino-0↑x1andthedegenerateR-parityviolatingcouplingparameterλ2′,butstronglydependsonMsquark,Mslepton,tanβandthedegenerateR-parityviolatingcouplingparameterλ1′.Therelativecorrectionisabout-4~3%andcanexceed-6%insomeregionofparameterspace.Therefore,preciseexperimentanalysesonthedecay~↑b1→b~↑x1^0mayprovideaprobeoftheR-parityviolation.

  • 简介:TheCMSregionalcalorimetertriggersystemdetectssignaturesofelectrons/photons,taus,jets,andmissingandtotaltransverseenergyinadeadtinmesspipelinedarchitecture.Thissystemreceives7000calorimetertreggertowerenergieson1.2Gbanddigitalcoppercableseriallinksandprocessestheminalow-latencypipelineddesignusingcustom-builtelectronics.AttheheartofthesystemistheReceiverCardwhichusesthenewgenerationofgigabitethernetreceiverchipsonamezzaninecardtoconvertserialdatatoparalleldatabeforetransmissionona160MHzbackplaneforfurtherprocessingbycardsthatsumenergiesandidentifyelectronsandjets.Wedescribethealgorithmsandhardwareimplementation,andsummarizethesimulationresultsthatshowthatthissystemiscapableofhandlingtheraterequirementswhiletriggeringonphysicssignalswithhighefficiency.
