Reconstructionofabsorptioncoefficientμ_aandscatteringcoefficientμ_aisveryimportantforapplicationsofdiffuseopticaltomographyandnearinfraredspectroscopy.Aimingattheearlycancerdetectionofcervixandstomach,wepresentafastinverseMonte-Carloschemeforextractingμ_aandμ_sofatubulartissuefromthemeasurementonfrequencydomain.Resultsshowthatthecomputationtimeforreconstructingonesetofμ_aandμ_sislessthan1minandtherelativeerrorsinreconstructionarelessthan±10%fortheopticalpropertiesofnormalcervicaltissueandprecancerouslesions.
