摘要:载体在高校思想政治教育过程中,是不可缺少的因素。但是,思想政治教育的载体并不是固定不变的,随着社会的发展,思想政治教育的载体也必然发生变化。在新形势下,原有的载体,如开会、学习班等,已经不能完全适应高校思想教育的发展,所以,网络教育已经开始成为载体的主要力量,推动着思想政治教育的创新与发展。

1Inthenewsituation,cybereducationenrichesthecarriersofuniversityIdeologicalandPoliticaleducation
Today,inwhichpoliticsandeconomyaredevelopingwithhighspeed,andasthemainstreamcarrier,internethasbroughtdeeplyreformtopolitics,economy,ideology,cultureandsoon,inourcountry.Toadaptthenewthoughtthattheuniversitystudentspossesstoday,theIdeologicalandPoliticaleducationworkersshouldworkhardtoinfusenewbloodtouniversityIdeologicalandPoliticaleducation.
1.1Internetenrichesculturedissemination
Collegestudentsareinthethirstiestageforknowledge,besidestheirmajor,theywanttoknowmoreaboutthesociety,sointernetbecomesagoodteacherforknowledgespread.Today,inwhichinternetismoreandmoreperfect,collegestudentscangetmuchvaluablenewsthroughinternet,whichenhancestheirknowledgesystem.
1.2Internetenrichesthecommunicationplatforms
Withtheperfectionofinternetsystem,moreandmoreinformationserviceplatformsappear,whichenrichthewayofIdeologicalandPoliticaleducationspread,IdeologicalandPoliticaleducationisnotsimplylikestudentslearnfromteachers,attendmeetingsorlectures,butinacommunicationplatformstudentscancommunicatewitheachother,exchangeknowledgeandgetmutualinformation.
2Innewsituation,cybereducationbringsshocktouniversityIdeologicalandPoliticaleducation
Inaninternetsociety,everythingisopen,withhighspeed,changingandaffectingeachother,thereisnodoubtthatasaspecialgroupwithhighlevelknowledge,collegestudentsarethemostaffectedpeoplebyinternet.Inthisbackground,internetbringsbigshocktouniversityIdeologicalandPoliticaleducation.
2.1Internetshockaffectscollegestudents’healthbothinphysicalandpsychology.
Ascollegestudents,theirpsychologyareintheperiodthatcanbeaffectedmosteasily,sowhentheycannotgetwhattheywantinrealworld,theylookforthemfrominternet,suchasonlineloveaffair,internetgames,what’smore,theyuseinternettodoillegalthings,whichcanleadthemtocriminal.Therearestatisticshowsthat80percenthackersareteenagers,andanumberofthemarecollegestudents.Frequentlyinternetcontactwillhavebiginfluenceoncollegestudents’psychology,andcanresultinmentalblock,whichappearslikeonlinedatingaddictionandmultiplepersonality.
2.2Internetshockaffectsinterpersonalrelations
Inthecyberspace,althoughcollegestudentscangetwhattheywant,whilethiskindofsatisfyisporcefromreality,withtimegoingontheywillbecomeestrangedwiththeirfamiliesandclassmates,andtrapina“NoPerson”world,thisisalsothereasonwhycollegestudentsbecomeindifferentincollectivism.Thisalsoledtotheconceptofcollegestudentsintheclass,thecollectiveconceptofdesalinationandotherissues.
2.3Internetshockresultsinmoraldeficiency
Intraditionalsociety,collegestudentsarealwayssupervisedbysociety,familyandcollege,theirmoralbehaviorismoreserious,butinthecyberworldthecommunicationtransformedfromperson-persontoperson-computer.Collegestudentsarenotmatureenough,theirsenseoflife,viewofvalueandtheworldoutlookarenotsteadyandtheychangewiththechangingsurrounding,whichmakethemmoraldeficiency.
2.4Internetshockmisleadcollegestudents’behavior
Weacknowledgethatthemainstreamofinternetispositive,butatthesametimeweshouldnoticethatmanythingsspreadontheinternetarenegative,depravedandevenpornographic.Themisleadingfrominternetbringsbigshocktocollegestudents’morality.Meanwhile,thereareabundantofinformationintheinternetthatitcaneasilycausestudentscopyfromthem,whichhasnegativeeffectontheircreativity.
2.5Internetshockmakescollegestudents’beliefandviewofvalueabnormal
Thehighspeeddevelopinginternetbringsbigshocktostudents’faithandbelief,collegestudentsarelackofspeculativeknowledgeandsocialexperience,theydonothaveagoodunderstandingtotherelationshipbetweenpersonalvalueandsocialvalue,atthesametimesomewesternthoughtsareaffectingstudentsthatcaneasilymaketheirbeliefabnormal.
3Cybereducationpromoteideologicalandpoliticaleducationcreateanddevelop
Internetplaysaveryimportantroleintheuniversityideologicalandpoliticaleducationbutitalsoappearssomeshortage,soimprovethecybereducationinthenewsituationisessential
3.1Establishthedefinitionofideologicalandpoliticaleducation
Thenetworksocietyistheinformationsociety,establishingtheconceptofmoderninformationnetworkhasbecometheculturalbackgroundoftheideologicalandpoliticaleducationundertheconceptofinnovationinthebasicpoint.First,theideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkersshouldhavearightdefinitionofinternetconsciousnessandchangethetraditionalwayofthinkingmeanwhiletheyshouldhaveadeepunderstandingoftheeffectsthattheinternetbringstostudentsaswellasimprovetheirtheorylevel.Second,ideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkersshouldfullyrealizetheinformationexpositionthatstudentscangetanyinformationtheywantfrominternet,atthistimeeducatorsshouldcomplywiththischangeandchangetheirownwayofteaching.Last,educatorsshouldfullyrealizethatinternetcanbeagoodmediumforideologicalandpoliticaleducationandconnecttheirteachtonetworktechnology,asaresultinternetcanbeanadvancedteachingtool,andmakeideologicalandpoliticaleducationbesuitabletomoderneducationandinformation-basededucation.
3.2Enrichthecontentofinternetideologicalandpoliticaleducation
Underthenewsituation,andnetworktobuildculturallyappropriatesystemofideologicalandpoliticaleducationcontent.First,theoryeducationshouldhaveepochcharacterthroughinternetandalsoconnectthenewsituationinandoutofChina.Educatorsshouldteachstudentstohavetheconsciousnessofpatriotismandcollectivismtoboycottinternettrash.Second,educatorsshouldreinforcecollegestudentsthespiritofforgeahead.Throughcybereducationgivethemmoreopportunitytoquesttheworldandmakethemformthehabitofthinkingindependently.Third,weshouldstartinternationalizationeducationandbringupcollegestudents’consciousnessofglobalization,ininternettimes,globalizationmakespeople’slivingenvironmentmoreandmorepublic,soweshouldmakeitinternationalintheideologicalandpoliticaleducation.
3.3Createnewwaysforinternetideologicalandpoliticaleducation
Networkbroadenstheeffectivecarrierofideologicalandpoliticaleducationintheformofinnovationnetworksandeducation,isthecurrentideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkersinthestudyanurgenttask.
3.3.1Reinforcingtheinteractivebetweenteachersandstudents
Ininternettimesthesourceofstudents’knowledgearemorenetworkedandpersification,sothenewtypeteacher-studentrelationshouldgethelpfrominternet.Teachersandstudentscaninteractbychattingonline,sende-mailandsoon.
3.3.2Perfectthemultimediatechnologyandenrichthewayofideologicalandpoliticaleducation
Internetcanchangethewayofteachingandturntheteachingwayfromsimpletocomplex,whicharousesstudents’desireforknowledgeandutmostdevelopstudents’initiativeofsearchingforknowledge.
3.3.3UsingtheInternettolearnabouttheideologicaltrendofcollegestudents,strengthenideologicalandpoliticaleducationtargeted
Collegestudentsthroughanonlineforumabouttheideologicaldynamics,wecansee,thenetwork,weunderstandthatthemoretherealdynamicideasofuniversitystudents,thusenhancingtherelevanceofideologicalandpoliticalwork.
Inaword,asanewwayofideologicalandpoliticaleducation,cybereducationpromoteuniversityideologicalandpoliticaleducationgohead,ideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkersshouldfullygraspthecharactersofcybereducationandcarryonideologicalandpoliticaleducationwithdirection.Weshouldabsorbthecybereducation’sadvantagesanddiscarditsdisadvantage,andonlyinthiswaycanwepromotetheuniversityideologicalandpoliticaleducationtoahigherlevel.
