Tostudyeffeetofscopolamineontheactivityoftheformationofthroumbusoutsideofrabbitsandmice.MethodsTheinjectionof0.025mg·0.05mg·0.15mgscopolaminewasperformedonrabbitsandmice.After30minuters,toobservetheeffectscopolamineofthrombusoutsidetheanimals.Results0.025mg·0.05mg·0.15mg·kg^-1scopolaminehaverestrainedthethrombusofrabbitsandmiceinoutside.Therestrainedrateofrabbitsandmicewere68.04%,78.35%,81.44%and68.7%,72.5%,75.53%.Comparedwith0.9%sodiumchlorideithadobsolutediscrepancy(P<0.05).Themoredosethemoreaction.ConclusionThedifferentdosescopolaminehadrestrainedformationthrombusoutsideofrabbitsandmicedisplayedthatithaddose-responserelationship.
