ThepopularizationofmobiledeviceshascausedconsiderableimpactonthesecurityofthemilitaryoftheRepublicofChina.Themilitarybarrack-areashavelongbeenfacedthecontrolofmobiledevicesfourissues:thelackofaccurateuseofresources,thelackofprotectionofthemobiledevicefromtheoverallpointofview,theunclearpisionofresponsibilityamongspecializedagencies,andunclearmembers’responsibilitiesfortheirownduties.Thisstudyappliesthestructurebehaviorcoalescence(SBC)methodologytointegratetheorganizationalstructureoftheparticipatingmanagementandcontrolunitswitheffectivemanagementbehaviorsinavisualizedandusefulmanner.Theunitscaneffectivelycommunicatewitheachotherandsolvethefourissuesfacedbythemilitarybarrack-areasforthecontrolofmobiledevices.Thisresearchfulfillsimprovingthelackofcontrolofthemilitarymobiledevicesbyusingofmanagementresourceseffectivelyandtheestablishmentofmobiledevicesmanagementwiththeoverallconcept,andstrengtheningtherightsandresponsibilitiesandinformationsecurityawareness,throughthelogicalverificationandenterpriseinterviewresults.
