Anewfiniteelementmethod(FEM)ofB-splinewaveletontheinterval(BSWI)isproposed.ThroughanalyzingthescalingfunctionsofBSWIinonedimension,thebasicformulafor2DFEMofBSWIisdeduced.The2DFEMof7nodesand10nodesareconstructedbasedonthebasicformula.Usingtheseproposedelements,themultiscalenumericalmodelforfoundationsubjectedtoharmonicperiodicload,thefoundationmodelexcitedbyexternalandinternaldynamicloadarestudied.Theresultsshowtheproposedfiniteelementshavehigherprecisionthanthetraditionalelementswith4nodes.Theproposedfiniteelementscandescribethepropagationofstresswaveswellwheneverthefoundationmodelexcitedbyexternalorinternaldynamicload.Theproposedfiniteelementscanbealsousedtoconnectthemulti-scaleelements.Andtheproposedfiniteelementsalsohavehighprecisiontomakemulti-scaleanalysisforstructure.
