摘要
Accordingtothegeneraltendencyofthedevelopmentofenterpriseculturalinthe21stcentury,moreandmoreintenseattentionswillbepaidontheenterpriseculture.Thus,whiletheworldgreentendencyandthegreendemandriseincreasingly,theresearchonthegreenculturalmanagementisbecomingmoreimportant.Thestudyofthegreenculturalmanagementisnotonlyofvitalsignificanceinpromotingthecontinuousdevelopmentofsocialeconomy,butalsoexchangingthewayoftheeconomicgrowthfromextensivepatterntointensivepattern,improvingthecapacityofthecompetitionandeconomicbenefitofthecompany,andacceleratingtheinternationalbusiness.Moreover,theresearchhasanothersignificantimportanceinenrichinganddevelopingthescienceofenterpriseofmanagement.
