摘要
SYSWELDwasusedtosimulatein-serviceweldingprocessofgaspipelineofX70pipelinesteel.Weldingthermalcycle,stressanddeformationofin-serviceweldedjointwerestudied.Theresultsshowthatpeaktemperatureofcoarsegrainheat-affectedzone(CGHAZ)ofin-serviceweldingontogaspipelineisthesamewithroutinewelding,butt_(8/5),t_(8/5)andt_(8/1)decreaseatcertaindegree.Forthezonenearweldedseam,axialstressandhoopstressintheinnerpipewallarecompressivestresswhenweldingsourcepassesthroughthecross-sectionthatisstudied,butresidualaxialstressandresidualhoopstressafterweldedarealltensilestress.Transientdeformationandresidualdeformationareallconvexdeformationcomparedwiththeoriginalpipediametersize.Deformationachievesmaximumwhenweldingthermalsourcepassesthroughthecross-sectionthatisstudiedandthendecreasesduringthecoolingprocessafterwelding.
