摘要
【摘 要】目的：研究分析重度颅脑损伤重症监护护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院 2015年 3月至 2017年 7月间的重度颅脑损伤重症监护护理 70例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，在此基础上对护理方法进行探讨。结果：在患者接受治疗半年之后采用格拉斯哥分级标准对其疗效进行评判。其中 I级 15例，Ⅱ级 2例，Ⅲ 8例， IV级 12例， V级 33例。结论：重度颅脑损伤重症监护护理需要结合患者的实际情况从多方面进行，通过综合性的护理能够让患者的病情稳定下来，并让患者得到更好的康复效果。

Objective: To study and analyze the nursing experience of intensive care for severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: the object of this study was to select 70 cases of severe head injury intensive care between March 2015 and July 2017 in our hospital. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and the nursing methods were discussed on the basis of this. Results: after six months' treatment, the efficacy of Glasgow classification standard was evaluated. Among them, there were 15 cases of I level, 2 cases of grade II, 8 cases of grade III, 12 cases of grade IV, and 33 cases of grade V. Conclusion: intensive care care for severe craniocerebral injury should be carried out in many ways according to the actual situation of the patients. Through comprehensive nursing, the patient's condition can be stabilized, and the patient can get better rehabilitation effect.
