基于工作过程的综合实训法在儿科护理教学中的应用

摘要 中图分类号R193文献标识码A文章编号1672-3783(2015)07-0017-01摘要目的研究在儿科护理教学中使用基于工作过程的综合实训法的效果。方法选取我院在儿科进行实习的护理实习生一共220名,将这些学生平均分为两组,观察组使用基于工作过程的综合实训法进行教学,对照组使用传统实训法进行教学,对比两组学生实践能力以及考试成绩等情况。结果无论是综合技能还是实践能力,对照组都优于观察组,并且两组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理教学中使用基于工作过程的综合实训法,能够提高学生的护患沟通能力以及综合能力等,值得临床推广使用。
