The implementation and data analysis of an interferometer for intense short pulse laser experiments-中国期刊网

摘要 Wepresentaninterferometrysetupandthedetailedfringeanalysismethodforintenseshortpulse(SP)laserexperiments.Theinterferometryschemewasrefinedthroughmultiplecampaignstoinvestigatetheeffectsofpre-plasmasonenergeticelectronsattheJupiterLaserFacilityatLawrenceLivermoreNationalLaboratory.Theinterferometerusedafrequencydoubled(λ=0.527μm)0.5pslongopticalprobebeamtomeasurethepre-plasmadensity,aninvaluableparametertobetterunderstandhowvaryingpre-plasmaconditionsaffectthecharacteristicsoftheenergeticelectrons.Thehardwareofthediagnostic,dataanalysisandexampledataarepresented.ThediagnosticsetupandtheanalysisprocedurecanbeemployedforanyotherSPlaserexperimentsandinterferograms,respectively.
