摘要
Asanatomicemissionspectroscopytechnique,laser-inducedbreakdownspectroscopy(LIBS),firstproposedbyBreechandCrossin1962[1],hasattractedmuchaca-demicandindustrialinterestforitsuniqueproperties.Byfocusingapulsedlaserontothesurfaceofatarget,laser-inducedplasmascanbegenerated.Thesimplicityofsamplepreparationofthelaserablationprocessen-ablesLIBStodirectlyanalyzesolid,liquid,orgaseousmaterialsintheatmosphere,makingitaconvenienttoolforchemicalanalyses.TheuniquefeaturesofLIBSsuchasrequiringlittleornosamplepreparation,allowingre-motedetection,andfacilitatingmultipleelementalanal-yseshavecontributedtoitsrapiddevelopmentinrecentyears.
