摘要 Developmentofalow-carboneconomyandreductionofcarbonemissionsisthetrendoffutureglobalsocio-economicchange,andtheonlywaytomitigateclimatechangeundertheframeworkofsustainabledevelopment.Basedontheconceptofalow-carboneconomy,theauthorattemptstofindawayforunderdevelopedregions,whichcansatisfytheirowndevelopmentwithoutincreasingthepressureonthelocalenvironment.TakingGuizhouSuiyangasanexample,thesolarpowerdesignedinthelandapplicationprovidesalow-carboncasestudyofunderdevelopedareastosolvetheissueofpowersupply.
