摘要 Inrespondingtoglobalclimatechange,theideaoflow-carboneconomyemergesasthetimesrequire.Developinglow-carboneconomyisbasedontheconstructionoflow-carbonsociety.Thesocalled'two-orientationsociety'(resourcesconservationorientatedsocietyandenvironmentalfriendlyorientatedsociety)istheconcreterepresentationoflow-carbonsocietywithChinesecharacteristics,andanactualactionforChinaindevelopinglow-carboneconomy.Basedonurbanagglomeration,thepaperdiscussesthemeaningofandtheroutetolow-carbonsocietywhichwouldbetterreflecttheintrinsicrequirementsofsuchasociety.
