摘要
ZnSnanostructureswithdifferentdimensionsandstructure-relatedpropertieswerereviewedinthispaper.Thecrystallizationofnanostructuresfrom0D,1Dto3D,aswellastheheterogonouscounterparts,wassummarizedintheaspectofzincblende,wurtzitestructure,andtheircombinations.Furthermore,thestructure-relatedenergybandsandthecorrespondingphotoelectricpropertiesofZnSnanostructureswerealsofocused,inwhichwemadeabriefsummaryoftheco-relationsbetweenphotoluminescenceandcrystallography,especiallythedefectrelatedluminescencepropertiesofZnSnanocrystal.
