摘要
Thesurfacecoatingofgrindingballswasinvestigatedexperimentally.TheresultsshowthatacoatingmayformonthesurfaceofgrindingballswhenCrorAlpowdersaresubjectedtoballgrinding.Theplasticdeformationoftheballsurfaceplaysanimportantroleduringthecoatingformation,andthestrongbindingforcebetweenthepowdersandtheballsisanecessarypre-condition.Thethicknessofcoatingincreaseswiththeplasticityofthepowdersandtheballs.Annealingtheballswithcoatingwillresultinanobviousdiffusionoftheelementsinthebondingzoneofinter-face.
