摘要
ThetunnelingspectrumofanelectronandaholeinasuperlattieeofNSjunctionsiscomputedusingtheBTKapproachandthetransfermatrixmethod.Itshowssharpresonancesatsomeenergiesabovethesuperconductinggap.Thesharpertheresonanceisthemorelayersthesuperlatticehas.Wefindforthefirsttimeamechanismtobalancetheincidentandoutgoingcurrentsonthesuperlatticebyaveragingoverthephasebetweentheincidentelectronandtheincidenthole.Thismechanismismorenaturalandphysicalthanthoseinliteratures.
