RGDC Peptide Modified Quantum Dots Labelling and Imaging of Tumor Cells-中国期刊网

摘要 Thelabellingandimagingoftumorcellswereinvestigatedviaarginine-glycine-asparticacidcysteine(RGDC)peptide-labelledquantumdots(QDs).TheresultsshowthatRGDCmodifiedQDscanlabelSMMC-7721tumorcellsandadheretocellularmembrane.Inconstrast,theunmodifiedQDsaremainlydispersedaroundthecell.WealsofoundthattheRGDC-QDscanpenetrateintothecellat2hofincubation.After6hofincubation,RGDC-QDscanaccumulateinauniqueintracellularregion.
