Simultaneous Voltammetric Determination of Three Herbicides in Food and Water Samples with the Aid of Chemometrics-中国期刊网

摘要 Differentialpulsestrippingvoltammetrymethod(DPSV)wasappliedtothedeterminationofthreeherbicides,ametryn,cyanatryn,anddimethametryn.Itwasfoundthattheirvoltammogramsoverlappedstrongly,anditisdifficulttodeterminethesecompoundsindividuallyfromtheirmixtures.Withtheaidofchemometrics,classicalleastsquares(CLS),principalcomponentregression(PCR)andpartialleastsquares(PLS),voltammogramresolutionandquantitativeanalysisofthesyntheticmixturesofthethreecompoundsweresuccessfullyperformed.Theproposedmethodwasalsoappliedtotheanalysisofsomerealsampleswithsatisfactoryresults.
