简介：目的：观察针刺对于陈旧性外踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法：选择31例陈旧性外踝扭伤患者,针刺患侧解溪穴透申脉、阳陵泉,留针30min,针刺1次,1个月后随访。结果：31例患者均经过1次治疗即痊愈,随访1月未复发。结论：针刺治疗陈旧性外踝关节扭伤疗效显著。
