简介:摘要目的探讨煮散剂在中医儿科中的应用。方法选取我院2011年6月至2013年6月接诊的50例无明显症状的慢性乙型肝炎小儿患者(E抗原阳性),将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各25例患者。其中对照组常用常规治理方法,研究组在常规治疗的基础上使用逍遥散、丹参、茵陈蒿、薏苡仁等以煮散剂形式口服治疗。以一个月为一个疗程,观察患者治疗前后的肝功能状况。结果在经过积极有效的治疗之后,研究组患者治疗前后ALT、AST、TBIL等数据均有明显的下降,其差异具有显著的统计学意义,即P<0.05;对照组患者治疗前后ALT、AST、TBIL等数据均无明显的下降,其差异不具有统计学意义,即P>0.05。结论以逍遥散为主的煮散剂在治疗慢性乙型肝炎小儿患者中具有良好的临床疗效,这值得在临床上推广。
简介: [摘要 ]目的:研究推衍教学法应用于中医内科学教学中应用效果。方法:选取 2017、 2018级与 2019级共 6个班级总计 600名学生作为研究对象。以班级为单位随机从每个年圾中选取 1个班级纳入试验组。余下班级归入对照组。试验组学生采取推衍教学法。对照组学生遵循传统敦学法。对比两纲学生学习成绩以及学科综合评价。结果:试验组学生在学期末的理论考试成绩显著高于对照组。组间分值差异目有统计学意义( P<0.05)。试验组学生对中医内科学给出的综合评价显著馈于对照组。组间差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:将推衍教学法引入到中医内科学课堂教学活动中。可有效活跃澡堂氛围。激发学生主动学习能力。有助于提升学生的自主思考和学习能力。促使学生充分掌握学科脉络和知识。值得在教学活动中推行。 [关键词 ]中医内科学 ;推衍教学法 ;教学效果 [Abstract] Objective: To study the application effect of extrapolation teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: a total of 600 students from 6 classes in 2017, 2018 and 2019 were selected as the research objects. One class from each year's garbage was randomly selected as the experimental group. The rest of the classes were put into the control group. The students in the experimental group adopted the extrapolation teaching method. The students in the control group followed the traditional learning method. The results of the two courses are compared. Results: the theoretical test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group at the end of the semester. The difference of scores between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The comprehensive evaluation of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the extrapolation teaching method is introduced into the classroom teaching activities of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. It can effectively activate the bath atmosphere. To stimulate students' active learning ability. It is helpful to improve students' ability of independent thinking and learning. To enable students to fully grasp the discipline context and knowledge. It is worth carrying out in teaching activities.
