简介:SN06-H1是位于沁水盆地东南缘西北倾单斜构造上的一口水平井,目的是揭开山西组3号煤层气藏,自上而下依次钻遇第四系、刘家沟组、石千峰组、上石盒子组、下石盒子组、山西组。在刘家沟组和石千峰组钻遇漏失地层,漏失量约为20—25m3/h,在山西组煤层先后钻遇五条断层,一条背斜,一条向斜,水平井段出现岩性极硬地层,大大增加施工难度和施工危险度。作业队对钻探施工过程中遇到的复杂地层进行冷静分析,针对钻遏地层特点及时调整施工方案,保证了工程的顺利完成,煤层钻遇率达到92.36%,总结经验提出好的建议,为以后该区块井位部署和钻井施工奠定基础。
