  • 简介:利用有限元法对脉冲CO2激光辐照K9玻璃样品中的温度和应力分布进行了数值分析。对半径为20mm、厚为2mm的圆盘样品的计算结果表明,K9玻璃的损伤由环向应力控制,体损伤先于面损伤产生,且光斑半径和脉冲数目对损伤闽值有较大的影响,在激光光斑半径为5mm,脉宽为10肛s的条件下K9玻璃的单脉冲CO2激光的损伤闽值为0.5J,相应的能量密度为0.637J/cm^2。损伤闽值随光斑半径的增大而增大,随脉冲数目的增加而变小。讨论了样品半径和厚度对损伤结果的影响,结果表明样品半径在10-20mm范围内所产生的拉伸应力较小。

  • 简介:EnhancementoflightextractioninaGaInNlight-emittingdiode(LED)employinganomni-directionalreflector(ODR)consistingofGaN,SnO_2nanorodandanAglayerwaspresented.TheODRcomprisesatransparent,quarterwavelayerofSnO_2nanorodcladedbysilverandservesasanohmiccontacttop-typeGaN.TransparentSnO_2solswereobtainedbysol-gelmethodfromSnCl_2·2H_2O,andSnO_2thinfilmswerepreparedbydip-coatingtechnique.TheaveragesizeofthesphericalSnO_2particlesobtainedis200nm.TherefractiveindexofthenanorodSnO_2filmlayeris2.01.TheGaInNLEDswithGaN/SnO_2/AgODRshowalowerforwardvoltage.ThiswasattributedtotheenhancedreflectivityoftheODRthatemploysthenanorodSnO_2filmlayer.ExperimentalresultsshowthatODR-LEDshaveloweropticallossesandhigherextractionefficiencyascomparedtoconventionalLEDswithNi/AucontactsandconventionalLEDsemployingadistributedBraggreflector(DBR).

  • 简介:Anultra-broadbandandfabrication-tolerantsiliconpolarizationrotatorsplitterisproposedinthisLetter.Benefittingfromthebroadbandandlow-losscharacteristicsofthebi-leveltaperandcounter-taperedcoupler,thedesigneddevicehasasimulatedinsertionlossandcrosstalkoflessthan0.2and-15dBinthewavebandfrom1290to1610nm.Thesecharacteristicsmakeitvaluableinapplicationswithlargebandwidthrequirements,suchasfull-gridCoarsewavelengthdivisionmultiplexer(CWDM)anddiplexer/triplexerfiber-to-the-homesystems.Thefabricationtoleranceofthedesignisalsoanalyzed,showingthatthedeviceperformanceisquitestablewithnormalmanufacturingerrorsinsiliconphotonicsfoundries.

  • 简介:SiO_2thinfilmscontainingSi_(1-x)Ge_xquantumdots(QDs)arepreparedbyionimplantationandannealingtreatment.Thephotoluminescence(PL)andmicrostructuralpropertiesofthinfilmsareinvestigated.ThesamplesexhibitstrongPLinthewavelengthrangeof400—470nmandrelativelyweakPLpeaksat730and780nmatroomtemperature.Blueshiftisfoundforthe400-nmPLpeak,andtheintensityincreasesinitiallyandthendecreaseswiththeincreaseofGe-dopingdose.Weproposethatthe400—470nmPLbandoriginatesfrommultipleluminescencecenters,andthe730-and780-nmPLpeaksareascribedtotheSi=OandGeOluminescencecenters.

  • 简介:与传统宽波段成像系统相比,多光谱成像系统在性能表征、测试方法等方面有较大不同,而相关研究较为欠缺。因此,需要重点研究多光谱成像系统的综合性能评估方法。解决了目标光谱反射率等效控制、宽波段光谱维度的带内细分和标准靶标辐亮度调节等关键技术,设计了基于AOTF的多光谱成像系统二维鉴别率阈值测试平台及测试方法。在理论分析基础上,实际搭建了基于AOTF的可见光多光谱成像系统,叙述了系统标定方法和测试步骤,并基于所述方法在实验室条件下完成了系统空间分辨率、目标光谱反射率与对比度阈值的三维曲面测试实验。测试结果标明,所提出的方法可较好地反映不同谱段响应特性的差异,实现对多光谱成像系统的性能表征。基于该方法,可综合评估系统光谱分辨率、空间分辨率、灵敏度、对比度等性能指标,从而为多光谱成像系统性能的定量表征提供技术支持。

  • 简介:使用RF-PECVD法分别在基底温度为60℃、120℃和200℃的N型单晶锗表面制备了α-C:H膜,采用拉曼光谱、傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱和原子力显微镜等技术手段研究分析了α-C:H膜的价键组成及表面形貌,讨论了基底温度对α-C:H膜微结构及部分性能的影响。结果表明,在α-C:H膜沉积过程中,基底温度对膜层微观结构有较大影响,基底温度60℃时,膜层表面光滑、致密无石墨化现象。随着基底温度的升高,α-C:H膜中含H量和微晶石墨量逐渐增多,α-C:H膜层性能也逐步退化。

  • 简介:Anewscreen-spotimagingmethodbasedonopticalmeasurementisproposed,whichisapplicabletotheclose-rangemeasurementofaircraft'sthree-dimensional(3D)attitudeparameters.Lasertrackerisusedtofinishtheglobalcalibrationsofthehigh-speedcamerasandthefixedscreensontestsite,aswellastoestablishmedia-coordinate-framesamongvariouscoordinatesystems.Thelasercooperationobjectmountedontheaircraftsurfaceprojectslaserbeamsonthescreensandthehigh-speedcamerassyn-chronouslyrecordthelight-spots'positionchangingwithaircraftattitude.Therecordedimagesequencesareusedtocomputetheaircraftattitudeparameters.Basedonthematrixanalysis,theerrorsourcesofthemeasurementaccuracyareanalyzed,andthemaximumrelativeerrorofthismathematicalmodelisestimated.Theexperimentalresultshowsthatthismethodeffectivelymakesthechangeofaircraftpositiondistinguishable,andtheerrorofthismethodisnomorethan3′whiletherotationanglesofthreeaxesarewithinacertainrange.

  • 简介:本刊讯BrittonChance生物医学光子学研究中心最新成果被OSA出版物网站选为ImageoftheWeek(Feb.,2,2009)。星形胶质细胞是大脑中数量众多的一类非电兴奋性细胞群体,它们通过钙信号的形式在神经元和其他脑细胞间起到至关重要的桥梁作用,从而积极参与脑功能活动。然而,目前研究星形胶质细胞所用到的刺激方法,包括机械刺激、电刺激、解笼锁和药物刺激等,不能满足对其基本功能包括机械刺激、电刺激、解笼锁和药物刺激等的细致研究。曾绍群教授、周炜副教授领导的研究团队提出了利用飞秒激光脉冲刺激星形胶质细胞的新方法。
