简介:通过对加热炉结垢规律的研究,我们总结出加热炉的垢质特点、结垢部位和结垢原因,根据加热炉结垢原因,可以通过降低加热温度,提高流速,改变水质等措施减缓结垢速度。对于已建站,各环节流速相对固定,无法调解,因此,在生产中一是实施常温集输,降低掺水温度,二是通过物理防垢措施,改变水中钙镁成垢离子的物理状态,减缓结垢速度。本文针对结垢原因中水质问题,即水中成垢离子浓度受温度影响变化较大,造成结垢的问题,我们在现场采取了四种物理防垢方法,通过一年多来的观察试验,降低了水质中成垢离子浓度受温度影响变化较大的问题,大大降低了加热炉的结垢速度,使加热炉可以二年不用清淤,减轻了工人的劳动强度,延长了加热炉的使用寿命,达到了防垢效果。
