简介：摘要目的比较TP－ELISA与TPPA两种血清学梅毒抗体检测方法的性能。方法采用TP-ELISA法和TPPA法对633份门诊患者血清进行检测比较，其中包括81份梅毒患者血清。结果两种方法同为阳性的78例，其中不含假阳性，两种方法同为阴性的545例，其中含假阴性1例。TP-ELISA法的阳性检出率为96.30%，TPPA法的阳性检出率为98.77%。TPPA未有假阳性结果，TP-ELISA的假阳性率为1.45%。结论TP-ELISA法的敏感性高，TPPA的特异性高，但两种方法均不能判断是初次感染还是既往感染。

简介：摘要目的探讨NP和TP方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NscLc)的疗效和毒性。方法48例晚期NSCLC患者随机分成NP组和TP组，两组患者接受至少2个周期以上的NP或TP方案的化疗，比较两组化疗方案的近期疗效和毒副反应。结果NP和7rP组近期疗效的有效率分别为46.2％、45.5％，中位生存期分别为10、9.5个月。两组疗效无显著统计学差异。两组均以白细胞降低及恶心呕吐为主，均在可耐受的范围内。结论NP和TP化疗方案对晚期NSCLC均有较好的临床疗效，化疗毒副反应可耐受。NP和TP化疗方案均可作为晚期NSCLC的一线治疗方案。
