简介:Mountainousregionsfaceaseriesofconflictsbetweenthenaturalresourcesconservationandtheeconomicdevelopment,especiallyinprotectedareas,wherearethehometosomeofthepoorestpeopleintheworld.InChina,theProtectedAreasAuthorities(suchasProtectedAreasAuthoritiesofWuyiMountain)transferredthemountainouspeopleoutoftheprotectedareas.Wefoundthatitisnotagoodapproachofimmigrationproject,asfaraseconomicandecologicaleffectisconcerned.Althoughremoteandmajesticbeautyattractedmanytourists,masstourismisnotagoodapproachtosolvethedevelopmentprobleminmountainousareasbecauseitcannotprovideenoughopportunitiestomakelocalpeopleliveacomfortablelife,andthehighvolumeoftouristsindicatesthattheresourcesfacesignificantthreats.Becausemanylandscapesarerunbyprivateenterprises,localresidentsandgov-ernmentonlygetlimitedbenefits.Althoughecotourismprinciplesexpatiateoneconomicdevelopmentandresourcesconservation,localpeopleincomeandtouristsfeelings,ithasdiscordancebetweenthetheoryandthepractice.Therefore,thetermof'integratedecotourism'wascoinedinthepaperbasedontheecotourismtheory.Integratedecotourismmeansabroadlytourismresourcesandpendulumspatialpatternwhichwillcomeintobeingwiththemovementoflocalpeopleandtouristsfromprotectedareastothenearbytownorcity;anditalsotriestosolvethepropertyrightconflictofmountainlandbetweenthelocalpeopleandtheprivateenterprisesaccordingtopropertyrighttheory.
简介:Inthisarticle,basedonriverqualitysimulationandsystemoptimization,awaterqualitymodelwasestablishedforscenicriverafterrainfalldischargeinfloodseason,withthetargetofmakingwaterpollutantsmeetthestandardinpriorityandsavingexpenditureonpollutioncontrol.Withtheprincipleofreducingsewagefromcombinedsewagepumpingstationandheavilypollutedinitialrainwater,amathematicalmultiobjectiveplanningmodelwasconstructedforrainsewagepollutioncontrolinfloodseason,andonescenicriverinanortherncitywastakenforsimulationexample.Theresultsshowthat:theoptimizationresultmeetstherequirementsofplanning,amongwhich,sewagereductionfromthecombinedpumpingstationaccountsfor17.38%inthetotalreductionofrainsewage,andthereductionintheheavilypollutedrainwateraccountsfor77.24%inthetotalreductionofrainwaterpumpingstation.Theplanningschemecanprovidetheoreticalbasisforpollutioncontrolofscenicriverinfloodseason,andforrationalreconstructionandlayoutofoutfallsalongtwobanksoftheriver.
简介:FromthecasestudyofEveningBellRingingatNanpingHill,oneoftheWestLakeCulturalLandscapesinHangzhou,China,weinvestigatedthesoundscapeofascenicareawithaprofoundculturalbackground.First,weconductedthesoundscapephysicalindexoftheareainbothwinterandspringseasonstoanalyzeitsobjectivegraphicalexpression.Second,wefocusedonpeople’sreactionstothesoundscapeinordertoobtainasubjectiveevaluationofeachcomponentinthesoundscapeandintegratedenvironment.Then,therelationshipbetweentheobjectivedataandthesubjectiveevaluationwasanalyzed.Finally,theimpactsofthenaturalenvironment,history,andculturalfactorsontheevaluationoftheJingciTemplesoundscapewerestudied.Itwasfoundthatnaturalsounds,culturalsounds,andhistoricsoundswerewidelyacclaimedinpeople’ssubjectivefeelings,whichindicatedthecloserelationshipsamonghistoricalandculturalbackground,soundscape,andnaturalenvironment.Thus,theconclusionwasmadethatsoundscapeshouldbeconsistentwiththelocalnaturalenvironmentandthehistoricalandculturalbackground.
