简介：【摘要】目的 观察抑郁症患者开展心理治疗的效果及对TESS评分的影响。方法 选取58例本院在2019年1月-2020年6月收治的抑郁症患者为对象，患者采用等量随机电脑法分组，常规药物治疗（对照组29例）和心理治疗（观察组29例），对比两种治疗的影响。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的抑郁评分低于对照组，组间差异明显（p＜0.05），两组患者副反应评分不具备较大差异。结论 对于抑郁症患者来说，心理治疗必不可少，在联合药物治疗之后，提升治疗的效率，而且对患者的副反应影响更小，在治疗中，要重视。
