  • 简介:这研究利用模糊分析层次过程(FAHP)关于第三产生的无线通讯(3GWC)分析决策模式,并且提供设定的战略建议给服务采纳关于在中国3GWC市场的上下文出售和资源分配满足的3GWC的供应商。首先,3GWC采纳因素的一个三层的层次被指相关文学和工业报告开发。在模糊AHP格式的pairwise比较的一张问询表然后被设计并且散布到上海的熟悉电话听筒市场的专家,中国。这些调查然后用模糊AHP被分析建立重量的理解和各种各样的因素的影响。结果证明为3GWC系统的采纳的四个很重要的因素:(i)电话听筒价格和声音和数据传播费用;(ii)电话听筒美学;(iii)个人化;并且(iv)联网范围。这些调查结果建议如此的服务的供应商应该设定并且多样化他们提供并且保证网络的速度和可靠性存取的内容/申请。另外,电话听筒图案应该根据消费者要求。如果这些步能被完成,那么,消费者们将更快采用3GWC服务。

  • 简介:AnewapproachisproposedforautomaticallycreatingB-repmodelsofathree-dimensionalplanarobjectfromalinedrawingdepictingtheobjectunderorthographicallyaxonometricprojection.Anewlineparameterizationthatsatisfiestheuniqueness,boundednessanduniformnessforrepresentinglinesin2Dand3Dspaceisgiven.Accordingtothelocationrelationbetweenlinesandplanesofobjectdepictedbythelinedrawing,someconstraintsaboutobject's3Dinformationareproducedandalinearsystembasedonthoseconstraintsisestablished.3Dinformationofaplanarbodycanbeobtainedbysolvingthelinearsystem.Itisprovedthat,duringtheprocessing,thereexistedatleastfourdegreesoffreedom.ItismoreconvenienttouseinformationaboutlinesandplanesinsteadofpointsandplanesforcomputervisionandintelligentCADsystemstointerpretlinedrawingsofplanarobjects.

  • 简介:Tooptimizetheprocessparameters,itisnecessarytoexactlypredictfailuremodesduringdeepdrawingofcoatedmetalsheets,wheretwomainfailureformsarefractureandwrinkling.Inthispaper,finiteelementsimulationsbasedoncontinuousdamagemechanicswereusedtostudythefailurebehaviorduringacylindricaldeepdrawingofmetalsheetswithnickelcoating.Itisshownthattakingtheeffectofblankholderforceintoaccount,thesetwofailuremodescanbepredicted.Thesimulationresultsarewellconsistentwiththatobtainedfromexperiments.

  • 简介:Apilotwiredrawingmachineaswellaswireend-pointingrollerwasdeveloped.Usingthesemachines,awiredrawingtestforfourdifferentcoatingmaterialsandtwodifferentlubricantswasperformedasthereductionratioincreasedfrom10%to30%.Materialsusedforasubstrateinthisstudyareplaincarbonsteel(AISI1045)andultralowcarbonbainitesteel.Tocomputethefrictioncoefficientbetweenthecoatinglayerofwireandthesurfaceofdieforaspecificlubricant,aseriesoffiniteelementanalyseswerecarriedout.SEMobservationswerealsoconductedtoinvestigatethesurfacedefectsofwiredeformed.Resultsshowthatthebehaviorofdrawingforcevarieswiththelubricant-typeattheinitialstageofdrawing.Thepowder-typedlubricantwithalargeparticlecausestheretardationoffulllubricationontheentirecontactsurfaceandthelocaldelaminationofcoatinglayeronthewiresurface.Astheflowstressofasubstrateincreases,thedelaminationbecomessevere.

  • 简介:Thehydrodynamicdeepdrawingprocessenablesnetshapeornearnetshapeformingofcomplicatedsheetmetalpartsmadefromdifficultlyformingmaterials,suchasaluminiumorhighstrengthsteels.Basedontheconventionalhydrodynamicdeepdrawingprocess,anewprocess,hydrodynamicdeepdrawingprocess,inwhichradialpressureisappliedtotherimoftheblank,isproposed.ThisnewprocesshasbeenanalysedusingFEMsimulationsandtheobtainedresultshavebeencomparedwiththeexperimentalresults.ThematerialusedintheexperimentswasAl-Mg-Sialloy,andintheFEM-simulationstheelastic-plasticbehaviourofAl-Mg-SialloywasmodelledusingBarlat's89yieldcriteria.
