简介:摘要目的对真菌性角膜炎患者使用碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑和二性霉素B治疗的临床效果开展研究分析。方法2017年3月至10月我院对84例真菌性角膜炎患者进行研究分析,将患者分成三联组和二联组,二联组使用氟康唑联合二性霉素B治疗,三联组使用碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑和二性霉素B治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况进行比较分析。结果三联组的角膜溃疡平均消失时间是(20.5±2.6)d,前房脓肿平均消失时间是(18.8±2.4)d、异物感平均消失时间是(15.4±2.0)d、畏光流泪平均消失时间是(21.2±2.8)d,二联组分别为(24.8±2.9)d,(23.4±2.7)d,(17.8±2.2)d,(26.6±2.9)d,结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。三联组的临床治疗有效率是97.62%,二联组的治疗有效率是83.33%(P<0.05)。结论真菌性角膜炎患者临床中使用碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑和二性霉素B治疗的效果比较好,可以推广使用。

简介:Anovelhighgravitymulti-concentriccylinderelectrodes-rotatingbed(MCCE-RB)wasdevelopedfortheelectrocatalyticdegradationofphenolwastewaterinordertoenhancethemasstransferwiththeself-madeRuO2-IrO2-SnO2/Tianodes.Theinfluencesofelectriccurrentdensity,inletliquidcirculationflowrate,highgravityfactor,sodiumchlorideconcentration,andinitialpHvalueonphenoldegradationefficiencywereinvestigated,withtheoptimaloperatingconditionsdetermined.Theresultsshowedthatundertheoptimaloperatingconditionscoveringacurrentdensityof35mA/cm^2,aninletliquidcirculationflowrateof48L/h,ahighgravityfactorof20,asodiumchlorideconcentrationof8.5g/L,aninitialpHvalueof6.5,areactiontimeof100min,andaninitialphenolconcentrationof500mg/L,theefficiencyforremovalofphenolreached99.7%,whichwasimprovedby10.4%ascomparedtothatachievedinthenormalgravityfield.Thetendencyregardingthechangeinefficiencyforremovalofphenol,totalorganiccarbon(TOC),andchemicaloxygendemand(COD)overtimewasstudied.Theintermediatesanddegradationpathwayofphenolwerededucedbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).
简介:Inpursuingexcellentsupercapacitorelectrodes,wedesignedaseriesofM0S2/C0S2compositesconsistingofflower-likedMoS2andoctahedron-shapedCoS2throughafacileone-stephydrothermalmethodandinvestigatedtheelectrochemicalperformanceofthesampleswithvarioushydrothermaltime.Duetothecouplingoftwometalspeciesandabigamountofwell-developedCoS2andMoS2,theresultsindicatedthattheMoS2/CoS2compositeselectrodesexhibitedthebestelectrochemicalperfor-mancewithalargespecificcapacitanceof490F/gat2mV/sor400F/gat10A/gamongallsamplesasthehydrothermaltimereached48h(MCS48).Furthermore,theretentionofMCS48is93.1%after10000cyclesat10A/g,whichmanifeststheexcellentcyclingstability.TheoutstandingelectrochemicalperformanceofMCS48indicatesthatitcouldbeaverypromisingandnovelenergystoragematerialforsupercapacitorsinthefuture.
