简介: 摘要:为应对气候变化,中国向世界宣示了碳达峰和碳中和的国家目标,努力实现向低碳氢能源和非碳氢能源转型。必须承认,消耗碳氢能源,则必有二氧化碳排放。在以化石能源为主的今天,降碳的首要措施应是“提能效、降能耗”。传统内燃机仍将在相当长的时间里,承担着自走式移动装备主导动力的重担,这个事实不会改变。“提能效、降能耗”的要求,需要内燃机产业推广动力多元化应用。内燃机可以做驱动动力,也可以做混合动力系统的基础动力,还可以做电动汽车的增程发电动力。本文通过对GB/T 24157-2017《电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车续驶里程及残电指示试验方法》的内容进行了分析,对标准实施过程中遇到的问题和技术规范进行了探讨。
