简介:摘要目的观察速乐涓在宫颈leep刀手术中的止血效果。方法将我院收治入院进行leep刀宫颈手术的患者中抽取60例分成观察组与对照组,观察组患者在手术前5分钟注射速乐涓1KU,对照组患者则注射安慰剂。观察两组患者的手术时间及术中出血量,以及术后30min、1d、3d患者的凝血功能变化,并进行对比分析。结果观察组患者相较对照组患者的手术时间明显缩短、术中出血量明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组患者在手术前后机体的凝血功能及肝肾功能无明显变化,差异不具有统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论速乐涓能够有效的减少术中出血、为手术提供清晰的术野、缩短手术时间、降低手术风险,且对患者机体无不良反应,具有较好的安全性和明显的疗效。可以在临床宫颈leep刀手术中推广使用。
